Welcome.
As you have your eyes open,
I invite you to allow yourself to be present in this healing and replenishing moment in time.
With your eyes,
I invite you to notice your environment with curiosity and non-judgment.
Allowing your gaze to be placed in anything that draws your visual attention.
And now notice any sounds that come into the space you are in.
If you notice your attention floating away,
Just gently bring your awareness back to any sounds.
And now notice any smells in your environment.
Noticing how it feels to sit or lie at this time.
And now I invite you to bring your awareness to the breath going in and out as naturally as you feel comfortable.
With a gentle ease,
Notice how your chest and belly rise up and down.
If your awareness goes elsewhere,
Gently bring it back to the area of your breath.
Now gently notice any emotional heaviness,
Injury or sensation in your body that you are carrying.
Notice with curiosity and non-judgment.
Where in the body is this located?
Noting that this is the pleading energy that is not serving you at this time.
I invite you to allow this low energy to dissipate and be released through the breath.
Imagine inhaling,
Nourishing energy and exhaling letting go of any depleting energy.
And again,
Imagining that you are inhaling,
Nourishing energy inside you as you exhale letting go of any depleting energy.
To strengthen this,
You may choose to visualize the energy being released in any way you feel comfortable,
Such as a vacuum,
Through air,
Water,
Earth or fire.
And now you may choose any safe healing,
Loving support through calling an ancestor,
Nature,
God,
Universe,
Someone of your choosing to be present in this moment with you.
Imagining them giving you healing energy and communication that you need in this time.
I invite you to place your hand on your heart and belly and noticing your breath.
I invite you to give yourself permission to give thanks to the support that you called in as well as giving thanks and gratitude to yourself,
Noting your strength and resilience.
Notice how this feels in your body and mind and soul as they become in sync.
Notice how this vibrates in you from head to toe and all around you.
Remembering that you have access to this always in your heart.
And now as we transition back to the environment around you,
Give yourself some time to transition.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
