We will begin by drawing in white light through the soles of the feet,
Allowing the white light to travel up the ankles,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs,
Hips,
And into the sacral chakra,
Up to the solar plexus,
The heart,
Through the shoulders,
Arms,
Fingers,
And then up into the throat,
And allowing the white light to expand up through the head to the brow chakra,
Filling every space of the head with white light and expanding up to the crown chakra.
And as the white light emerges from your crown chakra,
Having filled all the areas of your body,
Allow it to emerge and begin to flow all the way back down and around you,
Front,
Back,
Sides,
White light flowing all around you down to your feet,
Where it again enters the soles of the feet,
And allow that white light to travel up all the areas of your legs into the root chakra and the hips and the pelvis,
That white light to travel all the way up through your core.
All the way up through your core to the heart center,
The shoulders,
Filling your arms and fingertips with white light,
And allowing that white light to travel up through the throat into all the spaces of the head and emerging through the crown chakra again,
Flowing around front,
Back,
Sides,
All the way down to the white light reaches the feet again and pulling through for a third time,
The white light coming through the soles of the feet,
Through the legs,
Through the root,
Sacral,
Solar plexus,
Heart,
Shoulders,
Arms and fingers,
Throat,
All the spaces of the head and out the crown,
Allowing that white light to flow out and around front,
Back,
And sides,
All the way down to the floor again.
And this time,
Maintaining that white light sphere,
Begin to pull gold shimmering light through the soles of the feet,
Up through the ankles,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs,
Gold shimmering light filling the root,
Sacral,
Solar plexus,
Heart,
Shoulders,
Arms and fingers,
Gold shimmering light continuing through the throat,
Up into all the spaces of the head and brow,
And exiting through the crown chakra,
Again,
Flowing out and around front,
Back,
And sides,
All the way down to the feet with the gold shimmering light encasing the sphere of white light.
And as that gold shimmering light reaches your feet,
Pull it up through the soles of the feet again,
All the way up through the legs,
Through the pelvis and core,
The heart,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Fingers,
Throat,
Head,
And brow,
Gold shimmering light emerging through the crown chakra,
Front,
Back,
And sides,
Flowing all the way down and around till it reaches the feet,
Pulling that gold shimmering light up again,
All the way through the body,
Gold shimmering light,
Filling every space of you,
Your physical being.
And as it emerges through the crown chakra again,
Flowing out,
Down,
Around,
Front,
Back,
And sides,
Gold shimmering light all the way down to the feet,
Doing this three times,
Basking in the glow of the white and the gold shimmering light,
Maintaining these spheres,
And then exhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth,
Maintaining these spheres.
Begin now to pull rainbow luminescent light through the soles of your feet,
Ankles,
Calves,
Knees,
Thighs,
Root,
Sacral,
All through the core of your body,
Up to the heart,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Fingers,
Rainbow luminescent light through the throat,
Illuminating every space,
Removing all density,
Up through the head and brow,
And emerging through the crown chakra with rainbow luminescent light,
And allowing that to cascade all the way around you,
