Unblock The Sacral Chakra - Gong Bath With Floating Creek

This Gong bath intends to unblock the sacral chakra. The sacral chakra or Svadhishthana is located in the spine at the lower abdomen. About three fingers under the navel. A disbalance in the sacral chakra affects our creativity, sensuality, or feelings of guilt. It's also the place where we store unresolved emotions.

The deep and powerful vibrations of the gong will stir it up and unblock the sacral chakra, so energy can flow freely in that area. The sacral chakra is also related to the element water, I added a floating creek in the background to emphasize that.
