This sound healing meditation is all about sleep, better sleep, falling asleep, deeper sleep... Wash yourself in deep grounding frequencies. Slow down, calm the mind, and find peace and deep relaxation after this session. In this sound journey, I am using Koshi chimes, Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, and a Gong.
