Wow. I really wonder how this flow of waves manage to take over my cells and to tell them to let go their holding, gripping and dance instead. 🙏

My solar plexus is where I hold grief. The election news I feels like a loss as deep as when I was 11 & my Dad died. I am doing self care & grief work. This Inner Sunset Surrender helps.
