Not very long ago, I sat in the garden under a porch I have there. It was raining lightly, and the sound of the raindrops hitting the plants around me felt so soothing; it inspired me to create this sound healing session. This session is designed to support the nervous system in finding balance again, without effort and without forcing it. Simply by listening and allowing the sounds to do their work.
