Welcome to the Regulating Your Nervous System Meditation.

Before we begin,

I want you to always remember that practices like meditation and affirmations,

They work in tandem with truth-telling practices that bring to the forefront how the results and the outcomes that you have are being created.

They work together for your growth.

So always,

Always,

Always use your meditations and use your affirmations along with truth-telling practices.

So let's begin by finding a comfortable and quiet place where you can sit or lie down in a relaxed position.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Allowing your body to settle into a state of calmness.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Bring your attention to the sensations in your body.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and simply observe them without judgment.

Allow your breath to flow into those areas,

Bringing a sense of relaxation and ease.

Now shift your focus to your nervous system.

I want you to visualize it as a network of delicate pathways extending throughout your entire body.

See it as a vibrant and intricate web connecting all the parts of your being.

Now imagine a warm golden light gently flowing through this network,

Starting at the base of your spine and slowly moving upward.

With each breath,

This healing light spreads,

Soothing and nourishing your nervous system.

As the golden light moves through your body,

Envision it dissolving any blocks or areas of imbalance.

Feel the tension melting away,

Replaced by a sense of calm and harmony.

And now allow this light to bring healing to any areas that need it,

Restoring balance to your nervous system.

As you continue to breathe and visualize this golden light,

Repeat the following affirmation silently or aloud.

My nervous system is calm and balanced.

I am in harmony with my body and mind.

I release any tension and embrace relaxation.

I am safe.

I am supported.

I am at ease.

Feel free to create your own affirmations that resonate with you and your intentions for regulating your nervous system.

Stay with this meditation as long as you need,

As long as you feel comfortable,

Allowing the golden light and affirmations to permeate your being.

And when you're ready to conclude the practice,

Take a few deep breaths and gradually bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Remember that this meditation can be practiced regularly to cultivate a sense of calm and regulate your nervous system over time and trust in the innate wisdom of your body and its ability to find balance and harmony.
