A calming ring every 2 minutes to ask you, "What are you doing right now?" A great little technique to use during meditation, or even during the laundry or while driving, to invite you to bring your mind back to a wholesome object. You can determine to return to your breath every time you hear it, or recite "May I be well and happy, may all beings be well and happy," or "Life is short, let it go." Whatever works to cut off anxiety and disturbance, and return to the present moment and peace.

I didn’t know I needed this. I always feel like a beginner but this one gives me hope that I can improve my concentration and establish samadhi one day. (Ive been meditating a little over a year, up to 2x 45 min sessions)
