Hello,

Thank you for joining me today in this guided visualization for safety and creativity.

To begin,

Please make yourself comfortable either seated or laying down.

Take three deep breaths.

And as you inhale,

Breathe in a white cleansing light.

And as you exhale,

See the white light expanding throughout your body into your orb field,

Cleansing you physically and ethereally.

Now see yourself going down a staircase.

And with each step,

You get more and more relaxed.

When you get to the last step,

You feel grass and earth beneath your foot.

And a grassy field opens before you.

In the distance,

You see a tree.

What type of tree is it for you?

A willow tree,

A great oak.

Take a few breaths and walk towards the tree.

Then sit underneath it.

As you sit underneath the canopy of green leaves,

The scent of rain wafts by.

Soon you can hear the sound of small droplets misting the leaves above.

But you're completely safe and dry underneath the canopy of leaves.

Do you hear a rhythm in the wind dancing with the moisture?

Take a few deep breaths as you listen.

As you inhale,

You can feel the mist and breeze refreshing the world around you.

Occasionally you can hear a large droplet pat a leaf above,

Providing a baseline for the quiet symphony that surrounds you.

A light breeze carries a mist across your shoulder.

But you remain safe in the rain underneath your natural shelter.

What shoulder did the breeze graze?

How does it feel?

Light and cool?

Damp and warm?

Take a few breaths and explore your sensations.

In the distance,

You can see the sun peek out from behind the clouds in the sky as the current continues to carry light pellets of rain.

As you inhale the moist breeze,

You feel comfort and protection.

Listening to the gentle pellets contact the ground and the foliage that covers you,

You feel completely safe.

As you exhale,

Your warm breath infuses with the world around you,

Incorporating you with the atmosphere.

What do you sense?

Maybe you can see the condensation part.

Maybe you feel a new vibration within.

You look to the sky and the clouds have shifted over the sun.

The sun rests behind them,

Illuminating their ever-changing puffs.

On your next exhale,

Visualize your breath mingling with the air.

As you do,

The clouds part enough to allow a ray of sunlight to flow through.

The light's refraction through the mist in the air creates a rainbow.

And do you know that you are a part of creation and are abundantly creative?

Take a few moments to breathe and allow yourself to feel these sensations.

Good Moon Time.

Begin to breathe deeply.

As you inhale and exhale,

You slowly become aware of your surroundings and the sounds of life around you.

You become more and more awake until you are fully awake,

Eyes open,

You are refreshed and ready to encounter life with all that you have learned.
