Take a few deep breaths and relax.

Relax your face.

Relax your shoulders and breathe.

Now imagine you are in a meadow.

The birds are singing and you are surrounded by wildflowers.

There are hues of golden buttercups and rose-colored burnets.

You are surrounded by swaying old grass.

The trees are rich with green foliage and bloom in pink and white.

You find a spot among the wildflowers and take a seat.

As you breathe in the fresh air,

You are overcome with gratitude.

The sky is a beautiful shade of blue with white fluffy clouds.

The breeze is of a fresh spring day,

Nurturing you and surrounding you in a refreshing embrace.

You are in gratitude for it all.

You sit in gratitude and admire the scene around you.

When you are ready,

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Start to recognize the room around you and come back into your awareness of the room.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.
