Welcome,
Welcome and thank you for receiving this gift.
This attunement is intended to reconnect to your illuminated presence in this now,
This right now,
Today,
In this moment.
And there's a decisive moment in the act of downloading and pressing play on a guided audio and I,
Rachel and Arusha,
Are honored to meet you here.
This is a gift for me too.
This is a moment where we say together,
I am ready to center.
I'm ready.
I'd like to feel renewed.
I'm ready to ignite and activate my source-fed self,
That electricity part of us,
The surge of our soul,
The quintessential pixels at our core.
And this is no small thing to pause and to connect.
So I thank you.
I like to remind myself when I am pausing,
How I can bend time so that I may prioritize my connection and my reconnection.
I say aloud,
And I hope you join me or otherwise just have a listen as I claim this for us together,
That for the next segment of my day,
I have all the time in the universe.
I am ready to receive and amplify this gift of eternal presence,
Existing outside of limitation.
I love to feel connected and congruent with my highest self,
My divine intelligence.
I fully liberate my body to glow and to express and to receive.
So welcome again.
Hi,
Welcome home.
As we're settling in here,
My suggestion as always is to receive this gift while bathing in the rich glitter of direct sunlight.
And if that's not accessible to you in this now,
Then let us invoke our imagination.
That is,
After all,
What Arusha's nugget of inspiration is inside of each of us is to remember this marvelous gift to imagine,
To employ the mind in the direction of the fantastical.
To physically receive warm light around our space or on our body is familiar to many.
So to also call that up on a day that is not sunny,
Or if you're inside and it is sunny outside,
We can bring that energy into our room,
Into our space.
Sometimes even feel the body temperature rise to completely fully bask.
Our sun is like a portal,
A transmitter of sustained energy and a source of nourishing fullness.
So whatever shape you find yourself in,
In this now,
In this moment,
In this preparation,
Let it become well intended for a brief stillness and for your unique receptivity.
Let the light invite comfort,
Even coziness in your form,
In your architecture,
In your home of that body.
Make any little adjustments that feel unique to you.
Some like the hands to have certain positions.
Let it be about what you enjoy.
And if you don't know,
Then let's imagine and experiment and be curious around which element feels just right in this moment.
May we even enlist here at the beginning an inner remembrance of a calm.
So if we can't access that feeling immediately,
Sometimes that's why we're listening to something like this is to recenter,
Slow down.
Sometimes we can employ that mind to bring up a time when you were calm,
When you felt ease,
When peace was your natural state.
Letting the eyelids lead the way in this familiar act of closing them as inspired.
We can let go of that dynamic duo of the darting eyes and the buzzing brain and all the calculations.
We can thank them.
Thank you.
Let that attention turn to those eyelids,
Receiving the warmth of the sun,
Of those divine neutrinos all around you,
Bathing your countenance,
Pouring over the shapes,
Perhaps creating shadows if you can even imagine the hard light,
Recalling sensations of times when you were bathing in the sun.
Maybe noticing what that feels like on black fabric,
Combined with a breeze,
Feeling that on your brow with your eyes heavy.
We're still just unwinding the flutters and adjustments of the body.
The volume is descending on the cacophony of our thoughts,
Always thanking them for their care,
Asking yourself,
Can I feel the sunlight?
Notice if it feels like a reunion.
Feel its powerful source and its presence of creation as if it's embracing you.
Quite the unconditional embrace.
While we're here,
Whether it's actual or imaginational,
Let that deep copper honey pour over the crown of your head or your hair.
Let gravity take care of that.
There's nothing to do.
It's descending,
That delicate dripping and oozing through your scalp,
Down your nape,
Shoulders surrendering their weight,
Creating space away from the temples,
Perhaps even your elbows magnetically draw towards the earth.
So in whatever position you've melted into here at the beginning,
Feel held.
There's a tending here for what you are choosing to receive.
We can scan our terrain internally with the most subtle awareness,
Deepening our appreciation from the data that we may be collecting.
There is a soft noticing here,
Attaching nothing,
No meaning from those elbows to the nose.
Maybe the most subtle little movement,
Tiny circle,
Maybe a tuck of the chin in order to move the nose.
Even asking the ears if they may hear a little nasal inhale if we exaggerate that breath.
Noticing how your exhale wants to leave through the nose,
Through the mouth,
Silently.
Maybe trying that again,
Noticing the ears,
Hearing that nasal inhale,
Maybe on this exhale,
A sound escapes.
Wetting our lips with our tongue and completely deactivating the jaw,
Your teeth,
Your tongue,
Your gums,
Feeling them all slack.
And as that's the very beginning of the spinal column up in our head and our face,
Let's descend to the base,
That tailbone,
Sensing the musculature around your base,
Sitting,
Laying,
Standing,
However you may be.
And we just sort of notice the weight as it's shifted,
Perhaps tuning into any tension.
Can we relax?
Whether that's in the pelvic floor,
The lower abdomen,
Sometimes it's just in the bones.
We can ask to feel held,
To release,
Small degrees of release.
Then back up that base again to the base of our brain,
Up the spinal column,
Perhaps at either ends of these poles require an adjustment.
So as we were observing earlier,
Maybe a slight shift or a stretch,
Smallest little contra posto little movement.
It doesn't need to make sense or be structured.
Perhaps it's just simply a breath sent with care,
Noticing the space behind your knees again in whatever shape you may be.
There's often a breath under there.
Maybe a little triangle we can imagine.
Back up to the face,
Ironing out any wrinkles around the eyes,
Across the forehead,
Eyebrows,
Perhaps even the muscles behind the eyes.
Feeling into the soft pulse of our ribs,
Riding along idly with each breath that you receive and release.
Just seeing the natural shape of your fingers,
Perhaps asking which hand has more weight or if they've fallen into identical gestures or unique ones.
Assigning again no meaning to this,
Just adoring them as artistry.
Two-way From the shoulder blades around under the armpits,
Across the side body,
Criss-crossing over the navel.
And perhaps that navel may want to push out to meet,
To touch that satin.
Maybe to meet the resistance of our waistband or any fabric there,
Or any light presence hugging into the middle body form before that awareness continues to spill with that ribbon floating down to the heels.
Let us,
Let's let the heels take the weight of all for just a moment there,
Build well for that.
Laying,
Sitting,
Standing,
Really give all down to those heels.
Let them collect anything you'd like to flush or eliminate.
Anything that you sense is ready for the most ease-filled transmutation,
Even if you see this release as a general swoosh,
Perhaps a dense smoke and nothing more specific,
Or you do wish to name it or give it presence in your own mind.
At the pace of your breath and your readiness,
We'll let the earth swallow it up,
Opening the heels like a trap door or a vent,
Letting our earth mulch it,
The most natural thing ever,
Turning it into the soil that feeds you that nourishing.
Go ahead and pour that fire-filled sunlight around you.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
As we release,
Whether you're physically touching the earth or you imagine bringing your palms to the earth,
Bowing,
Staying here with our feet,
Pressed in,
Perhaps the palms,
Again,
Imagination is amazing here.
Imagining that whole outline of your footprints with the elements below you,
Whether those footprints are in shoes or they're collapsing multiple sub-floors to reach the rooting,
Reaching,
Reaching,
Pressing into the earth's carpet underneath you.
Hands,
Heart,
Feet,
However we wish to touch the earth,
Let us sense the tone of the land,
The form,
The structure that holds us,
And thank those who've come before.
Thank those who inhabit across all these timelines,
All of our relations,
All of our oneness,
Thank you.
We can breathe there.
Imagining that same outline of our feet,
Hands,
Heart,
But the feet spreading wide and soaking up like sponges,
The most luminous,
Glittery,
Ancient strands of love light.
So it's almost like it's pulling it up into the ankles,
So imagine that like this vacuum.
The silver violet opalescence drawing up your stems with each inhale as if to encourage this hum of yum to rise,
To arise,
Arising,
Arousing this life force,
Drawing up and up through the wide open seat.
Pausing here,
Your hips open to receive this shimmering light pooling into your base.
Now notice.
We feel that energetic continuing to pull up,
To pool in the hips,
In the seat,
In the lower body,
The lower energy centers.
Let them continue to swirl and churn as we notice that sunshine honey dripping off your shoulders.
Have they made it to the shoulders yet?
Has it made its way down to your heart?
That magnetic resonance of that heart,
Could it pool around that heart?
Can it explore and traverse through the many caverns through the back of that heart?
Can we soften anymore,
Open anymore,
More,
More?
These gooey golden globs like a salve across the chest,
Let that dilate our heart open to an aperture of your choosing.
Letting our next breath expand wide under the armpits,
Activating the imagination to fill your space,
That dilation,
That aperture of your mind,
That dilation,
That aperture opening,
Widening,
Much like the light around you,
Opening forward and behind and out,
Out,
Out and open,
Feeling that glow,
That detonation of any lingering resistance to your fullness,
Dissipates with ease,
Replaced by this warm glow,
This coppery gold grace-filled sheen can't help but continue traversing down the spine like a plumb line of sensation,
Aching to meet that silver moonlight swirling in our lower energy centers.
So for a moment,
Let us notice that magnetic gold dripping down that airy,
Dripping down that effervescent silver rising up,
And can our spine,
Before they meet,
Can it even just imitate seaweed,
Perhaps this gentle wave,
This organic gesture,
Perhaps imperceptible,
Finding your own interpretation of this visual visceral cue is welcome,
But let it be almost completely internal.
From that tail to tip,
The nose to the toes,
The space-making undulation,
We must make space,
Tend the space.
When that feels like a craving that is ready to be satisfied,
Let them braid together,
Using that space in the belly for that silver and the gold to come,
To braid,
To play,
To unfurl,
Encouraged by our breath,
That inhale,
Escalating the upward stroke of the moonlight,
Encouraged and welcomed in that belly center.
The exhalation,
Accentuating that life-giving,
Penetrating warmth of the sun rays,
Both beaming,
Swirling,
Folding into one another.
Belly continues to soften,
To open,
To inhale from the earth through the limbs,
Opening the hips like French doors,
Expanding to receive the most delightful moon breeze into the fullness.
Exhaling from the cosmos,
The solar shower,
Trickling through the crown,
Over our face,
Caressing the neck,
Your throat,
Letting out a sound,
That mm-hmm,
That delightful sigh or moan to encourage its painting,
That dripping downwards,
Meeting the breeze in alchemy,
In courtship,
In union,
Fusing into the most brilliant spectrum of color,
Ecstatic glitter,
Pure presence.
I am all that I am.
Let's settle into that swirl,
Responding,
Reminding anywhere that's tensing,
To surrender,
To melt,
To truly bask in it,
In this brilliance,
This brilliance is you.
And we can invite this brilliance into an expansive,
Iridescent globe around you.
This globe can expand around your human form,
Your human outline,
Obliterating the ceilings and the walls,
Truly taking up space,
Reaching into the treetops.
We can send it into a small package across physical distance to our beloveds.
We can smother the land on which you're planted,
The creatures and the supportive energies who are with you in this infinite now,
Pausing here,
Pausing for marination,
Marination as a saturated state,
Intended to break down tough tissues to make tender,
To bring dimension into our flavor profile.
Thank you.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
In a few moments of silence here,
Softly observing the audience gifts that organically collaborate in this field of awareness.
You may stay in this stream of self,
Feeling highly attuned to all that is,
Illuminated and unified across your many bodies.
And I will continue to close our space with an intention to innately carry forth this liquid of light and energy to innately carry forth this liquid love,
This glitter.
So I ask that you recall the opalescent,
Vibrant sphere surrounding you that you crafted earlier.
See this as a representation of the vastness of your spirit across dimensions.
Sense how vast you truly are,
Even if just a brief blip of recognition.
Yeah,
Smile there.
You are a marvel.
And I invite you to ground into that sphere shape,
That which is you,
Your quintessence,
Your core essence.
Let us allow your spirit to stabilize you.
This is a collaboration reconnecting with your self.
So while we think Gaia and her shifts and her nourishing elements,
Her unfathomable beauty,
Beaming deep gratitude to our planetary gifts from our heart resonance,
Let us also ground instead into our own spirit signature across all dimensions and realities,
Paradigms,
Timelines,
And fields of unified energetic light within,
Through and around your body,
Feel held,
Seen,
And loved.
Indeed you are.
You are so loved.
Thank you.
Thank you for receiving that.
Let us gently bring the most subtle movement to the fingers.
Sometimes I just rub my thumb against one of my index or middle finger,
Maybe across all four,
Just noticing the pads of the fingers there,
For I may stretch those out without moving our arms.
Let's just mindfully ready them to soon move.
Opening and closing the jaw,
Fluttering the lips,
And finding the start of that most subtle smile.
I like to spread that shape out,
Either real or imagined again,
Widening the terrain from which I may receive with ease,
That which is most pleasing to me.
Moving through my day as if attuned to the miraculousness that's being custom curated simply for my delight.
Let that smile lift into the brow.
Let it rise the whole light being.
And with ease,
Let's invite those arms to lift the palms towards our eyes,
Gently touching your own brow.
Eyes are still closed,
But maybe those fingertips notice temperature differences between the digits,
Between the forehead.
Maybe there's a little massage that happens there,
Light,
Or does it crave a little strength,
Maybe a tickle with a nail.
My fingertips tend to wanna go immediately towards my earlobes for a little squeeze,
A massage,
Pulling down,
Pulling out,
Pulling up,
Opening my jaw,
And just noticing how I feel,
Eyes are still closed.
Eventually those palms are gonna shield your eyes,
Cupping them or shading them while you squint a little bit,
Squinting,
Looking into your own skin,
Sort of fluttering the eyelashes a bit.
And with the softest gaze,
Perhaps even looking down into your own lap,
Or at something gentle,
Perhaps something colorful,
Bring that seaweed back into the spine,
Perhaps with a bit more attention,
Maybe the arms just drop limp,
And let the spine and the physical form rise and shift,
Curl,
Lengthen,
Be organic and easy about it,
And let it breathe,
Fully oxygenating the cells,
Seeing ourselves hydrated and fluid,
Awake to this moment,
Present in this now,
Claiming I am ready to radiate forth.
I shine faithfully in golden eloquence.
I am all that I am.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
You are made love by being love.
Thank you.
