Invoking and activating the Cobalt Blue Ray.

The corresponding energy center is in the throat.

The Ascended Masters for the Blue Ray are Master El Morya,

Archangel Michael,

And the Elohim Hercules.

The focus and qualities of the Cobalt Blue Ray are the balanced use and physical manifestation of God's will,

Power,

Initiation,

Protection,

Faith,

Communication,

Creative expression and projection into form and leadership.

Learning the balanced use of power and will in harmony with divine love and wisdom is the main focus of the Blue Ray.

Without will or directed intention,

There is no movement or life.

Divine will empowers us with action as we learn to project our vision,

Goal,

And intention into physical reality.

When we direct all our energy and power to serve all life as well as ourselves,

We become personally empowered through our conscious projection of love and action.

Another very important quality of the Blue Ray is faith.

Without faith,

There is no manifestation.

As faith involves surrender,

It teaches us to have greater trust in ourselves and the universe.

When you make your call to manifest something that you want in life,

Be sure that you qualify that call with faith.

Any doubt,

Especially self-doubt,

Creates holes or gaps in your aura that blocks the full release of the desired manifestation.

When you learn to hold your vision in faith,

The Blue Ray will also assist you to expand your powers of communication,

Creative expression,

Personal empowerment,

And manifesting your life purpose in physical reality.

Bring your focus into your throat center and start visualizing a radiant white crystal blue cobalt light in its center.

Within the center of that blue light is a blazing crystal white light,

And around that white light is a light blue,

And as the blue spreads out it becomes deeper and more saturated in hue until it turns into a deep electric cobalt royal blue.

Breathe in this cobalt blue light and as you exhale and release your breath,

Exhale the crystal white light.

Breathe in the cobalt blue ray,

And as you exhale and release your breath,

Exhale the crystal white light.

Breathe in the blue light into your whole body now,

And feel the activation in your throat center expand.

As you exhale,

Breathe out crystal white light,

In-breathe cobalt blue light,

And exhale the crystal white light.

Your whole body and aura is permeated in a crystal white blue light.

The shining radiance of the white light as it extends outward merges with the light blue,

And progresses into deeper and deeper shades of brighter blue until it reaches an electric cobalt blue essence.

Feel the penetrating coolness and power of the cobalt blue ray enfold and recharge all of your cells and your body with new life,

Re-energizing and empowering your entire being and aura with the radiant brilliance of the cobalt blue ray.

Affirm,

I am the power and projection of all the energy I require to manifest perfection in my being and world.

In front of you,

A beautiful snow-covered mountainscape.

It is night time and there is a full golden moon shining high above the mountains.

You feel like you are in the Himalayas near the crown of the world.

As you look around you,

You see the midnight sky covered with millions of stars,

And as you look further ahead of you,

You notice a shimmering white blue light near the top of the highest mountain peak in front of you.

You see the golden reflection of the moon on top of that mountain.

As you slowly begin to move towards that mountain,

You notice that there is a guide waiting next to you,

Waiting to take you up high on the path to the mountaintop.

All around you is nothing but snow,

Mountains and brilliant sparks of diamond stars in the sky.

As you get closer up the mountain,

You begin to hear beautiful celestial music that draws you even closer to the brilliant diamond white blue light up ahead of you.

As you continue climbing,

You begin to mount white steps that lead to the brilliant blue light ahead of you.

As you get closer to that light,

You see an opening in the center of the light,

And all around that light is a crystal temple of white light.

The brilliant crystal temple of white light has the same light blue aura as yourself,

And as it spreads outward,

The blue gets deeper and more concentrated until the cobalt blue light merges into the midnight indigo sky.

You are now standing near the entrance of this beautiful white crystal temple.

The guide next to you motions you to enter,

And as you do so,

Your whole body and being is being re-energized in the essence of that brilliant diamond blue light until you yourself become a blazing transparent crystal of white blue light.

As you step inside this temple,

You see ahead of you a simple crystal white altar in a golden white archway.

As you near the altar,

You see a shining object of light on top of it.

It too has that same white blue radiance as your own aura.

As you move closer to this radiant object,

You realize and begin to hear that this is the source of the music.

You step even closer to look at this beautiful object wanting to touch it.

You now recognize the shimmering object on the altar to be a beautiful scepter whose stem is made from the most beautiful white crystal and whose top is the most dazzling brilliant blue diamond.

Around the crystal stem are sparks of small laser beams of rainbow blue light,

And all around the white blue diamond are brilliant more extended laser beams of the most beautiful crystal rainbow spectrum emanating in all directions from the round brilliant blue diamond.

As you pick up this sacred object of great power,

You place it into your right hand and bring it into your heart center.

As you breathe in the radiant essence of this diamond and all its colors into your heart,

You exhale the same tiny laser beams of rainbow light,

Inhaling the white blue diamond light and exhaling the laser beams of sparkling rainbow light.

Now bring the scepter to your throat center and hold it there.

Your inner voice becomes the music.

The power of creative expression is now being energized and completely activated.

Your ability to communicate and speak your truth is fully empowered.

You feel very much at ease in your own power as your own identity is stabilized and integrated into your whole physical body.

Your body,

Mind and spirit is now completely charged and filled with the brilliant diamond essence of the cobalt blue ray.

Your power and ability to act in alignment with God's will is now fully activated.

You feel deep gratitude as you are enfolded and embraced in the power and majesty of your very own I am God presence.

As you reclaim your true power and identity,

Whenever you affirm I am,

You will do so with greater conviction and empowerment that will make all your affirmations more powerful and effective.

As you reclaim the power of your great I am,

You now hold the ability to restructure your life,

Cells and atoms into the perfection you desire.

As you continue holding this powerful scepter,

You can direct it to any part of your body or your life.

This is your time to empower yourself.

Any place within your body or a place in your life where you need greater empowerment,

Intention,

Ability to communicate,

Use that scepter now to empower that area and charge that area with the brilliant cobalt blue light.

Affirm,

I am the presence and power of God's will manifest in all my thoughts,

Feelings and actions.

As you continue to hold the scepter and direct it to any part of the body that you need,

Ask that your will be in perfect alignment with God's will as you learn to direct this cosmic beam of power,

Energy and strength wherever you need it.

As you hold this scepter,

Claim your own God dominion and ask that whatever energy has been misqualified or abused in your life be totally restructured and realigned in harmony with God's will.

As you begin to turn over your power to divine will,

This process of surrender will assist you and guide you to make the necessary choices for the manifestation of your life goals.

When you feel complete in your personal empowerment,

Gently put the crystal scepter back on the altar and affirm gratitude to your God presence for this great gift of your personal empowerment.

Know that it is yours whenever you need it.
