Heart Chakra Meditation

In this meditation, you will experience how to open your heart to unconditional love. This will help you awaken your dormant nature for self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance. Working with the Ascended Masters and Angelics in this recording will assist you greatly.

Invoking and activating the pink ray of divine love,

The corresponding energy center is in the heart.

The Ascended Masters serving on the love ray are Lady Rowena,

Paul the Venetian,

Aeolus,

Archangel Chamuel,

And the Elohim Orion.

The qualities in focus of the pink ray are all-embracing universal love for all life and creation,

Compassion,

Mercy,

And forgiveness.

The act and capacity to unconditionally love,

Embrace,

Nurture all life and creation is the feminine aspect of God's love.

The ability to feel and express through our feeling world is another highly developed quality of love.

Allowing yourself to feel,

To be open and vulnerable,

Creates an open space in your heart for more love to flow in.

For true mastery on any dimension,

Both the masculine principle of power,

Will,

And projection must be in perfect balance and harmony with the feminine aspect of all-embracing love,

Mercy,

Compassion,

And forgiveness.

Learning to be receptive and open to receiving love is a very important aspect of the pink ray.

Love is the sustaining life force of the universe.

It never stops flowing.

By learning to be more open and creating the space and time for your own inner nurturing,

Allows this cosmic universal love energy to flow more freely through your whole being,

Making your life more harmonious and fulfilling.

As you continue breathing in and out slowly,

Breathe in a soft pastel pink light into your heart.

As you breathe the pink light into the heart center,

Hold it there a few seconds and allow the pink light to spread out throughout your entire chest,

Filling it with pink light.

As you exhale,

Exhale a soft pink golden light that begins to fill your aura and the space you are in.

The environment around you slowly being filled with the soft pink golden radiance and a gentle space of safety and comfort is now unfolding you.

Invite your I am God presence into your heart and body.

Visualize God occupying the same physical space as yourself.

Visualize the white and pink light of your radiant God presence merging into your physical space,

Merging with you and your whole body.

As you let go of your mind and control,

Allow yourself to feel the presence of God within you as your very own being.

The key word again is to allow,

Allow and allow yourself to feel unfolded by this loving presence which is the real you.

For now,

Just let yourself go and experience your sacred opening by letting go of all effort to be or to do.

Just allow yourself to feel and experience what is inside your heart.

Continue breathing in the soft pink light into your heart.

Hold that light for a few seconds and expand it now throughout your whole body.

Continue exhaling the pink golden light and in breathing soft pink light until it fills your entire body.

Your whole body now feels softer as the pink light moves into your arms,

Your hands,

Into your feet,

Legs,

Into your genitals,

Your abdomen,

Your chest area,

Your throat and your entire head is bathing in the soft pink glow of radiant love energy.

Slowly bring your attention back to your heart center and visualize the white golden flame with soft pink light glowing all around it.

As you focus on this flame,

The soft pink radiance around the flame begins to glow a deeper pink,

Emitting laser rays of pink white rainbow light from your heart like a radiant pink diamond.

Allow these laser rays of pink rainbow light to enfold your heart and body in a gentle caress,

Clearing away any obstruction and tension in that area.

During this time you may wish to call upon the Ascended Master Paul the Venetian,

Our beloved Aeolus,

Archangel Chamuel and Charity and the Elohim Orion to assist you in clearing any energies within your heart center that are not in alignment with universal love.

This is a wonderful opportunity to clear any hurt,

Pain or accumulation of stuck energy in your heart chakra.

Begin by affirming I am the healing presence and power of God's infinite love and light.

Repeat this affirmation as you breathe in and out at your own rate in your own rhythm.

I am the healing presence and power of God's infinite love and light.

I am the presence of love and forgiveness transmuting any doubt and fear into God's living love and light.

I am the healing presence and power of God's infinite love and light.

I am the flame of love and forgiveness releasing all that is not in alignment with universal harmony from my body and being.

I am the radiant presence of God's love replacing those spaces with the radiant light of God's living love visualizing the white golden flame in your heart as it expands and the laser beams of pink rainbow diamond light sparkle from your heart center filling your entire being with a shimmering brilliant essence of pink and white rainbow light.

As you bring your attention back to your heart center around that white golden flame has formed a most beautiful soft fragrant rose of white yellow light with pink around its edges.

It is the Gloria Dei,

The glory of God rose with the white golden flame burning in its center.

As you breathe in the soft fragrance and healing colors of this beautiful rose the same pink diamond rainbow laser beams continue to emanate out from this rose in your heart.

Affirm,

I am in breathing God's love into every cell,

Atom,

Organ,

Tissue,

And molecule of my body.

I am filled with the healing essence of God's love.

I am the presence of God's love in action here.

I am in breathing God's love into every cell,

Atom,

Organ,

Tissue,

And molecule of my body.

I am filled with the healing essence of God's living love.

As you exhale the whole room you are in is filled with the fragrance and light of this rose.

Bring your attention back to the beautiful rose within your heart.

As you focus on the center of the rose the white golden flame has transformed into a small ball of white pink yellow light and as you get even closer to this ball of light you begin to recognize a small embryo that is surrounded by a soft mother of pearl aura.

This embryo begins to unfold and move.

As you breathe it begins to breathe with you and you are deeply moved to see that this little embryo is your own inner child awakening and being birthed in unconditional love,

Nurturing,

And acceptance.

You are now birthing your new self healing your inner child by giving it unconditional love and acceptance.

This embryo in the center of your open rose is now a little baby whose radiance envelops you with the greatest love,

Purity,

And innocence you have ever known.

Embrace it with all your heart and being.

Give this child all at once.

Ask what it wants from you.

Visualize the soft mother of pearl rainbow aura of the child open itself to you and your love.

Your whole body and being is now merged with the soft mother of pearl rainbow light with a soft pink light all around it.

If you like place the palms of your hands on your heart center and hold them there gently in breathing and exhaling the soft pink mother of pearl light.

Allow the tender loving qualities of the divine mother within you to embrace and nurture your inner child in unconditional love and acceptance.

Tell your inner child within the rose that you will never leave it,

That you are always there for it whenever it needs you.

Allow this deep nurturing love into your heart anchoring all the light rays we have invoked to be a permanent living crystal light presence that is there for you whenever you need it.

Breathe the rose into your heart and exhale the soft pink yellow rose of love.

When you feel ready slowly come back into your body.

Give yourself time to make this transition smoothly and peacefully as we move on to the next ray in the throat center.
