Feel supported.

Bring your awareness to the crown of your head.
Relax the skull.
Relax the forehead.
Soften the space between your eyebrows.
Relax your eyes.
Your cheeks.
Your lips.
Your jaw.
Allow relaxation to flow down your neck.
Into your shoulders.
Down to your arms.
Through your elbow.
And your wrists.
Your hands.
Your fingertips.
Feel your chest softening.
Your heart softening.
Your belly softening.
Your hips,

Imagine a small warm light glowing in there.

You are breathing from your heart.

The breeze carries away all the fears.
All disappointments.

You do not need to force them away.

And with each thing release.
Your heart becomes lighter.

More spacious,
More free.
Now imagine someone you deeply love.
Perhaps a child,
A friend.
A parent,
A partner.

See them standing before you.
Notice how love naturally flows through your heart toward them.
No effort.
No fours.
No conditions.
Just love.
Pure and simple.
Now notice something beautiful.
That same love.
Flowing outward.
Is also flowing back to you.
