You've made it to this moment.

Now there is nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

No one to be.

This is your time to rest.

Lie down comfortably.

Let your arms rest beside you.

Palms facing up.

Feet gently falling open.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

One more time.

Deep breath in.

Exhale and let it go.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Let it hold you completely.

You are safe now.

You are home.

Gently bring awareness to your breath.

No need to change it.

Just notice.

Notice the inhale.

And the exhale.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest.

The expansion and release.

With each breath allow your body to soften.

Relax your face.

Unclench your jaw.

Drop your shoulders down.

Let the belly soften.

You are breathing in rest.

You are breathing out tension.

Breathing in peace.

Breathing out the day.

Now we'll begin a journey through your body.

Bring your awareness to your right hand.

Right thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Back of your hand.

Upper arm.

Shoulder.

The entire right arm is relaxed.

Heavy.

At ease.

Now move to your left hand.

Left thumb.

Index finger.

Middle finger.

Ring finger.

Pinky.

Your back of the hand.

Palm.

Elbow.

Upper arm.

Shoulder.

The entire left arm is soft and still.

Now move to the top of your head.

Your head.

Your scalp.

Your forehead.

Soften the space between your eyebrows.

Relax your eyes.

Cheeks.

Jaw.

Feel the throat soften.

Now the back of the neck.

Your shoulders.

Chest.

Upper back.

Bring awareness to your belly.

Let it be soft.

And free.

Hips.

Now feel the entire body.

From head to toe.

Completely relaxed.

Completely at peace.

Picture a place where you feel completely safe.

Completely at peace.

Maybe it's a quiet beach.

A cozy cabin.

A soft bed wrapped in blankets.

Or a glowing room.

Feel yourself there.

Look around.

Notice the colors.

The textures.

The warmth.

You are safe here.

You are supported.

Breath.

There is no pressure.

Rest in this sacred place.

Allow your breath to soften even more.

Let your body melt.

Let these words flow through you.

You can repeat them silently or aloud.

Come easily to me.

My body knows how to heal.

Let those words echo inside you.

Let them settle deep into your body.

There is nothing else you need to do.

You are free to rest.
