Start at the heart. Be aware of your heart chakra at the center of your chest, The center of love and smile at your heart and feel the loving energy of your heart spreading to your whole body. And be aware of your crown chakra, The center where the spiritual energy comes in and smile at your crown and allow yourself to open, To expand, To receive the spiritual energies. And raise your awareness higher above the crown and silently follow me to the universal supreme being, The source of all life, All light, All love. To all the spiritual teachers, To my spiritual teacher and connect to your spiritual teacher, Whether you know him or are or not, We all have one, To their lineage, Specifically to Buddha Kuan Yin, The Buddha of compassion and mercy, To Ganesh, The remover of obstacles, To Mother Lakshmi, The goddess of prosperity and abundance, To all the holy ascended masters, To the holy saints, To the archangels, To the healing angels, To all the invisible helpers and guides, To my divine self and to my higher soul, Thank you for all your blessings of divine light, Divine love, Divine power, Divine guidance, Help and divine protection.
