This energy-based practice is deeply healing for your body, your emotional state, and your mental state. We store unprocessed emotions in our body, and releasing the tension and giving love and appreciation to your body is creating space for fresh energy to come into your system, helping the natural ability of your body to heal itself. This is a self-care and self-love practice. Do it before you go to sleep, or whenever you feel heavy and tense, and experience the magical healing of self-love!

Start this practice in a comfortable sitting position or lying down.

Be aware of your whole body and observe your body and your breath for a few moments and be aware of where tensions in your body are.

And start at your head,

Your face.

We hold so much tension in our face even if we are not aware of during the day.

So put your awareness on your forehead and notice is there tension there.

And relax,

Release that tension.

And you can even exhale through the mouth.

Release the tension,

The heaviness,

The stress.

And be aware of the muscles around your eyes.

Is there tension there?

And release it.

Relax your eyes and thank your eyes for all the hard work,

For processing so much information during the day.

Say I love your eyes,

I love you so much.

I appreciate you.

And send loving energy from your heart to your eyes.

Feel that appreciation for your eyes.

And notice if there is tension in your ears.

Relax that.

Let go of the tension in your ears.

And thank your ears for their hard work.

Also for processing so much information and filtering so much noise.

Say I give you a break and I appreciate you.

I'll give you some silence,

Some time to restore the internal ears,

The nervous system connected to your ears.

Thank you.

And feel if there is tension in your jaws,

In your mouth.

And thank your mouth for processing so much during the day.

Your food,

Your speech,

Your tensions,

Your unspoken words.

And release that tension.

Even relax your nose.

And thank your nose for processing so many smells,

Giving you so much information about your environment.

And did you know that your nose can even smell energy?

So there's a lot of information to process for your nose.

Thank your nose.

And thank your hair,

Your scalp for protecting you,

For keeping you warm.

Say I am grateful for my beautiful hair,

For my functional hair.

And if you,

Even if you don't have hair,

Thank your scalp,

It's still protecting you.

Then be aware of your neck.

Holding so much during the day.

And thank it as well.

And relax it.

It deserves it.

And especially your shoulders.

We carry so much on our shoulders energetically besides the heavy stuff we have to carry.

Release your shoulders.

Let them drop.

Relax.

And thank your shoulders and your arms and your beautiful hands for doing so much work for you.

You just tell them what to do and they do it.

How amazing is that?

Helping,

Giving,

Serving,

Doing so much work.

Thank you arms.

Thank you hands.

I appreciate you.

And be aware of your back that keeps you straight the whole day.

And thank your back for supporting you the way it can.

And make a promise to take care of your back,

Not to overburden it,

To ask for help when you need it.

And send a lot of love from your heart to your back to your spine to the muscles supporting you.

And promise you'll strengthen them,

Exercising,

Keeping a good posture.

And then be aware of your chest,

Your belly and release the tension.

Release your belly.

It doesn't have to stay contracted all the time.

Release it.

And take a few deep breaths and exhale through the mouth.

All the tension in your chest,

In your belly and even your internal organs.

And thank them for the continuous hard work they do for your body,

Keeping your body alive.

Thank you heart.

Thank you lungs.

Thank you stomach.

Thank you whole digestive system.

Thank you liver.

Thank you kidneys.

Thank you pancreas.

Thank you bladder.

Thank all the organs,

The glands working so hard for you.

And send them lots of loving energies from your heart.

Even if they're not working perfectly,

Appreciate them.

It is a miracle.

The whole human body is a miracle.

And relax your sexual organs.

Release the tensions there,

Any tensions you have there.

Release the tension in your hips.

Relax and thank your legs and your feet for working so hard for you.

Taking you places.

Working to where your heart points.

And let your legs be guided by the heart.

Relax the tension and send a lot of love to them.

And relax your whole body and see yourself surrounded in a ball of pinkish energy from your heart chakra,

In front of your body,

Behind,

On the sides,

Underneath you and above you.

A bubble of pinkish energy of love for yourself,

For your body,

Appreciation for this amazing vehicle you received.

And visualize it becoming even stronger and better functioning and more beautiful.

And inhale that energy and spread it in your body.

And you can stay longer assimilating this beautiful energy.

Or you can gently move,

Stretch and either go on with your day or go to sleep.
