Soon after I found myself spiritual path, I had inner peace. And peace that continued while I cared for my husband in his last 8 months. Then came my deep contentment, regardless of the grief and stress that I accepted as a rite of passage. Of course there have been times when I have berated myself for various reasons, but I learnt so much after those upsets. Only know do I understand how to accept those 'limitations' or 'self-images' and by welcoming them to sit with me and let them speak to my soul, am I even more content and whole. Thank you for your teachings. Before doing this Practice Being Whole, I listened to your previous talk. I'm so grateful that I was led to you. Namaste 🙏
