Namaste and welcome.

My name is Adi and I'll be guiding you through a meditation of elevation.

Lifting every vibration from the north,

The south,

The east and the west.

Sit back and breathe.

Allow me to do the rest.

Find yourself the most comfortable meditative position.

Maybe that's lying down.

Maybe that's seated.

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Take your time.

Make yourself comfortable.

As relaxed as possible.

Making your body absolutely receptive to the meditation and the vibrations.

Good.

Start by taking a deep exhalation,

Breathing out.

Good.

And inhale.

And exhale.

Soften the muscles in your beautiful face.

Unclench your jaw.

Relax the muscles in between your eyebrows center.

Unscrunch your face.

Lower your tongue from the root of your mouth.

I dare you to put a smile on your face right here,

Right now.

Deeply inhale.

Deeply exhale.

Starting from the crown of your head.

Take a deep breath in,

Clearing what is no longer serving you.

Take your time,

Moving from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.

Releasing,

Relaxing.

Charging and clearing every inch of your body.

With each inhalation,

You are growing stronger.

And each exhalation,

You are growing lighter.

We all experience pain in our own way.

It can show up for us in the form of disease.

It can show up for us in the form of pain.

It can show up for us many different ways.

In this moment,

I invite you to call all of your power back to your being.

Releasing any holds,

Any control from the outside force.

Woe it's me,

But because I allow it to be.

In this moment,

I invite you to take your power back,

Cutting,

Releasing any cords,

Any strong holds.

See a lot of the times we travel in the world to and from here and there.

With little to no awareness.

When we're out in the world,

We have to cover ourself,

Protect our energy.

And if we don't,

Sometimes we can experience pain and suffering.

Have you ever felt pain and suffering?

Well,

I have to.

And I'm here to let you know.

That the pain,

The suffering,

The trouble won't last always.

You are in control of every emotion that you express.

I invite you to show up as your best self.

Each day.

Releasing all of the things that are no longer serving you with your very next exhalation.

I invite you to let go.

Release what is no longer serving.

Allowing the divine protection to cover you from the north,

The south,

The east and the west.

Take your palm and place it over your heart center.

Connect with that beat.

That constant drive,

That constant move.

See,

We all want to survive.

We all want to live.

We all want to thrive.

This initial heartbeat.

This initial rhythm.

Allow yourself to tap into that space,

That space that is you.

Release all of the things that are no longer serving you.

It's okay to cry.

It's okay to release.

Notice what feelings,

What thoughts come up for you.

When you try to bring your body to a relaxed state,

Notice what comes up for you.

Where do you feel the tension?

And I invite you to bring your full awareness to this space of tension.

I invite you to bring your breath to this space of tension.

Inhaling.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Exhaling.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

And really focusing your breath in that space of tension,

In that space of discomfort.

Allowing the release.

See,

You're not meant to carry those mountains.

You were only meant to climb them.

I invite you,

One by one,

Placing every burden down.

That you've been carrying around for so long.

It's okay to let go.

It's okay to let go and release.

That's it.

As an empath,

I can feel you.

All the pain,

I can feel it.

Releasing from your body right here,

Right now.

In meditation,

This is your space of creation and elevation.

You're able to sit and really tap in.

Tap into you.

This is an inside job.

Happiness is an inside job.

Self love is an inside job.

So right here,

Right now,

Take your time.

Starting at the soles of your feet.

Inhale and exhale.

Cutting all cords,

All holes,

All binds,

All ties.

Releasing from each inch of your body.

Relax your face.

Soften those muscles in between your eyebrows and.

It's okay.

To cry.

It's okay to let it out.

See those mountains.

You've been carrying.

You're only supposed to climb.

So right here,

Right now,

Take your time.

Notice your inhalation and your exhalation.

Notice your breath in.

And your breath out.

Charging,

Cleansing,

Moving,

Shaking up that energy,

That old,

That stagnant energy.

Shaking it up.

Moving it around.

Cleansing.

Your aura.

Your atmosphere.

Love any pain and discomfort.

No matter how many times you need to come back to this meditation and start over.

That's okay.

We want to go far.

So we go with community.

You want to go fast?

You go alone.

Take a deep breath.

Let it all go.

Let it all go.

Let it all go.

It's truly been an honor to serve you.
