Meditation For Sacral Chakra With River And Flute Sounds

I taught myself to play the flute in 2023 during a time of shift and lots of changes in my life. I learned to play the flute by ear. Today I spoke with one of my sister-friends who reminded me that I should be putting my work out into the universe and that their are so many people that can benefit from my offerings. I am beyond grateful for the community I've built both on Insight Timer and in person and I appreciate all feedback and support of this track.
