At first, this might feel a bit silly or unnatural, but with time, patience, and persistence, this practice will benefit you physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I started practicing this chant in early morning Sadhna class at a local yoga studio here in Birmingham, Alabama, and this chant stuck with me.
