Hello everybody,
My name is Eddie.
Welcome to this short,
Sweet,
Powerful meditation.
Nervous system reset.
Where we will use two very powerful tools that we have bought in.
A bridge.
And our boys.
We will use these tools to calm and soothe our nervous system.
Bringing it back into a parasympathetic state.
We will start.
By dropping in with a quick meditation.
Then we'll move into humming.
Tiny.
Enchanting and we'll close it off with a meditation.
We'll be using my Shruti box.
To create a lovely carpet for our voices.
To float on while we're taunting and toning.
And the sound of the Schrödinger box.
Best mega son.
Just in itself.
But really,
Um.
.
.
That pulls us back into the present moment.
And it's very calming for the body.
So if you're ready,
Let's begin.
Close down your eyes if that's comfortable for you.
It's like a nice deep breath.
Bring your attention.
Into the room.
For the next few minutes you've got nowhere else to be.
And nothing else to do.
And as you take deep inhales.
And slow exhales.
Use the exhale.
To release.
Change that.
With every breath you take.
Your body relaxes more.
And more.
Let's scan through our body,
Starting at the top of our head.
Bring your attention to your scalp.
Your eyes.
Your mouth.
Your ears.
Your time.
They are all relaxing more and more.
With every exhale.
You and me.
Your shoulders.
Your upper back.
Your chase.
Is relax.
Your heart space.
Your room.
Your middle back.
Oh.
Relax.
Relax your belly.
Release all tension Release.
All holding.
Your belly.
Is relax.
Move your attention to your lower back.
You click.
Feel them connecting with the earth where you're sitting.
Supporting you.
Connecting you.
To Mother Earth.
They all relax.
Feel your thighs.
Your knees.
Your call.
Your entire leg.
And Relax.
Draw your attention to your feet.
Your toes.
With every breath you take.
They feel more and more relaxed.
Your entire body.
Yo.
Calm.
Relax.
Hairy grounded.
Prison.
Be here now.
Be here now.
Be here now.
Slowly.
Begin.
To bring your awareness back into the room.
Feel the air on your body.
Bye.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready.
You can open your eyes.
I hope you feel better.
Completely relaxed.
So we will start.
Humming.
Moving into turning,
Moving into chanting.
And we'll do it in a call and response.
So that you always know what to do.
I will call.
And as soon as I stop.
You respond and you just do exactly what I did.
And we will start every tone,
Every hum,
Every chance.
With a nice,
Deep,
Slow inhale.
Are you ready?
I'll pull.
And you'll respond.
God.
Your turn.
Moving into vowel sounds.
I really need to go.
Whoa.
It's extended each valve all the way.
God.
You Om.
Rest in the silence.
After.
The sound.
Do you feel?
More or less.
To feel more present.
Now we're going to have a little bit of fun.
Without tightening.
We're going to improvise a little bit.
Combine all the sounds.
And once again,
Call and respond.
So I call,
You respond.
So you'll know exactly what to do.
Yours does not have to sound like mine.
There's no right way to do it.
All we want to do is allow our voice.
Allow our breath.
To vibrate through our body.
To calm our nervous system.
To tell our body that it's safe.
We can't be humming.
Breathing slowly,
Toning down.
If we were busier running away.
From a wild animal.
So these are cues to the body that it's safe.
Okay,
Are you ready for some improvisation?
Follow me.
Bye.
Aum.
Oh,
You yehiyo.
YÉH YÉH YÉH YÉH YÉH YÉH YÉH YÉH YÉH YÉH Aum.
Yeah.
Hey yo!
Yehiyo.
You Oh.
Yaaay!
Nadi Stuti He is Oh Oh.
Oh you Enjoy.
A stillness.
Enjoy the piece.
That you've been generating.
With your voice.
Our next practice is.
.
.
A chance.
It's called Om Namah Shivaya.
Om Namah Shivaya.
I will call,
You will respond.
The meaning of this chant is about.
.
.
Connecting with that part of ourselves.
That is all-knowing.
Our higher self.
Like the Creator.
Are you ready?
Om Namah Shivaya.
Om Namah Shivaya Namah Shivaya.
.
.
Bye.
You Oh Nithyananda.
Yeah.
Om Namah Shivaya.
Aum I hope.
You are as relaxed as I am right now.
I hope.
That you have understood.
How easy it is.
To use the heart voice.
And outbreak.
To calm our nervous system.
And how it's absolutely not about singing.
Or sounding good.
And it's 100% about.
Using our voice as medicine.
To soothe ourselves.
Let's close our eyes for a final time.
And finish off this session with a short guided meditation.
Just remain in your position,
Make sure you're comfortable.
And close down your eyes.
Bring your awareness back to your breath Hopefully your breath is calm.
Nice and long and slow now.
With every breath that you take.
Your body relaxes more and more.
With every breath that you take you become more present.
In your body.
Let's scan our body.
And it's noticed.
If it's more relaxed.
Than when we started.
Let's start at our head.
Let's go.
No.
Eyes.
Mouth.
Tongue.
They are all relaxed.
Shoulders.
Arms.
Owlbugs.
And.
.
.
Fingers.
They are all relaxed.
Your chase.
Don't be.
You'll love a pear.
So spacious.
It's so relaxing.
Your heart center.
Completely open.
Radiating a white light.
Yoghurt.
Firmly grounding you.
Your thighs.
Your knees.
Your shin.
Your call.
They are all.
So relax.
Your feet.
Every single toe.
So relaxed.
You are aware of your entire body.
You are embodied.
And you are relaxed.
Ready.
To move into the rest of your day.
Or evening.
Slowly.
Bring your awareness back to the room around you.
Hearing.
No idea.
Feeling the air on your skin.
And you can slowly.
.
.
Start wiggling your body,
Your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready.
.
.
You can open your eyes.
I'll come back.
Thank you so much.
For practicing.
Tiding.
Chanting mantra breathwork with me.
It fills me with so much joy.
And I'm glad.
That you have gifted yourself this time.
To experience it.
Until the next time,
Namaste.
