ACIM Lesson 343 Contemplation

"I am not asked to make a sacrifice to find the mercy and the peace of God."

This lesson says that spiritual growth and finding peace do not require sacrifice. It teaches that God's plan brings joy and fulfillment without asking us to give up anything of true value. The lesson encourages us to understand that giving is not loss but gain, as we are created to be like God, who gives eternally without taking away. By embracing this truth, we recognize that our true nature is complete and lacks nothing and that salvation is a free gift that must be freely given and received.
