The most concise and beautiful conveyance of all that is Ayavedic I have ever heard. Thank you. My partner is studying Ayavedic through some Indian teachers….. I first came across Ayavedic in Sweden in 2018 through a practitioner there who helped me heal myself through a change in the way I lived, fed myself, how to see and be in the world and environment around me… I’m still learning but it has been profound. That was incredible! You're incredible! Thank you for shedding light on the truths not seen. Thank you for sharing your wisdom. As an Ayurvedic practitioner myself, it seems everone looks at me as an herbalist. I can't seem to quite explain what it is that I do. Things get so lost in translation. I am inspired to take a path that doesn't look like what others think Ayurveda is. This sums that up perfectly. Nameste 🙏🏾
