Greetings and welcome to this moment of stillness I'm Aisha and I'm honored to guide you on this journey of connection to your breath and to the present moment feel the quiet wisdom of your breath an ancient rhythm steady and true with each inhale invite tenderness and with each exhale release resistance you are here in this moment exactly as you are meant to be allow the weight of the day to soften take a moment to honor the courage it takes to pause to be still and let the edges of your awareness blur as you continue to soften into yourself this practice is an offering not only to your heart but to the vast web of connection that holds us all may this space be one of sanctuary where your compassion blooms and radiates finding a comfortable position whether that's seated or lying down allow your body to rest here naturally feel the earth beneath you supporting you and soften your gaze or close your eyes if that's safe for you today taking a deep breath in and as you exhale release any tension that may be binding you in this moment maintaining your awareness of breath as it flows naturally let each inhale invite more ease and each exhale carry away anything that no longer serves you and allow yourself to settle into this stillness and to find rest and gratitude bringing your awareness to your heart and placing your hands softly on your chest if that feels comfortable imagine a warm light glowing at the center of your heart radiating outward this is source energy this is home silently or aloud repeat these phrases allow these words to fill the space of your heart may I be safe may I be healthy may I be happy may I live with ease feel them sinking into every cell of your body may I be safe may I be healthy may I be happy may I live with ease may I be safe may I be healthy may I be happy may I live with ease continue to repeat this allowing every cell of your body the opportunity to feel the vibrations of this declaration may I be safe may I be healthy may I be happy may I be happy may I live with ease now bring to mind someone you care about deeply someone who brings you joy or peace and visualize them clearly as though they're sitting right before you send the warm light from your heart to theirs imagining it enveloping them in love and in peace and repeat these phrases for them may you be safe may you be healthy may you be happy may you be happy may you live with ease may you be safe may you be healthy may you be happy may you live with ease may you be safe may you be healthy may you be happy may you live with ease build the connection between your heart and theirs as you repeat these affirmations sending them with so much light glowing with so much love sending so much empathy so much compassion that this widens the circle of your love and kindness this light continues to expand reaching out to your community and beyond encompassing all beings everywhere in every time in every dimension this light touching every heart with love repeating these phrases for all beings may all beings be safe may all beings be healthy may all beings be happy may all beings be happy may all beings live with ease may all beings be safe may all beings be healthy may all beings be happy may all beings live with ease feel yourself as you repeat these phrases as a part of this greater collective a thread in the fabric of universal and infinite love gently bringing your awareness back to your breath noticing the rise and the fall of your chest feel your body supported by the earth once again taking a moment to notice any shift within you any sense of calm,

Openness or warmth and on your own time begin to wiggle your fingers and toes reawakening to the space around you raising your gaze softly bringing the essence of loving kindness with you into the rest of your day thank you for sharing this time with yourself may you continue to move with love and compassion until next time,
