Let's take a mini break and do a workday reset.

You don't need a full hour,

Just a few minutes of quiet attention can reset your whole system.

So wherever you are right now,

Take this moment not to check out,

But to come back in.

If you're in front of a screen,

Gently close a few tabs or windows,

Or just put it to sleep and let yourself clear just a little space.

Put one hand flat on your desk,

Your lap,

Or your chest,

Wherever it can rest without needing to do anything,

And take one slow breath in,

And let it out.

Let it out.

No need to deepen or perfect it,

Just feel it arrive.

Now try this cue,

Here I am,

Just for now.

Repeat this softly in your mind or out loud.

Here I am,

Just for now.

Let your shoulders drop an inch,

Unclench your jaw,

Soften your hands.

You don't have to let go of everything,

Just a little,

Enough to shift.

Now,

I want you to notice that you chose to take this pause,

You chose presence,

And this,

This isn't a luxury,

It's a return to center,

It's necessary.

You can come back to this moment anytime,

You are allowed to reset,

Even in the middle of everything.
