Find a place where you can stand comfortably and safely for a moment with your eyes closed.

Grounding your legs down into the earth,

Draw all of this energy in towards your heart.

All up into your heart.

Out into your org field,

All into the space around you.

Now fluttering the eyes open,

Stay connected to this feeling as you begin to walk,

Step by step,

Step by step,

At a pace that feels easy and natural for you,

Easy and natural for you,

For this energy that you are aligning with.

That you are aligning with.

As if you're turning the dial As if you're turning the dial on your own inner radio to the exact station,

The exact feeling,

The exact volume that you choose in this moment.

And let these good feelings radiate out.

Notice as you attune to this,

How it feels in your body.

Maybe your heart's more open.

Perhaps there's a pep in your step.

Your spine is nice and long.

Maybe there's just a smile on your face.

And as you connect to this and moving at your own pace,

Expand your vision and out.

Taking everything in.

And notice how you see it while you're attuned to this inner feeling.

Connected to this higher frequency and notice how that impacts everything you see.

Just noticing,

Feeling,

Walking.

And you can pick up the pace a little bit,

That might feel nice.

As you amplify the energy within.

Walking step by step,

Fully aligned,

Connected,

At ease,

In charge,

Empowered,

Lighter,

Brighter.

Let all of these feelings radiate and pulse throughout your entire being.

And even if there's a distraction,

Maybe a dog runs up to you,

Maybe a thought enters your mind.

Notice it,

Then come back to this feeling within.

Remembering that you have the dial.

You have control.

And staying connected to how you want to feel.

And notice what power that brings.

Notice the quality of mind.

Notice how it shifts your external experience.

So just keep walking step by step.

Again,

You can pick up your pace even more,

You can slow it down,

Doing whatever feels aligned with this energy within.

Attuning to this high frequency that you've created.

And I'll give you a moment to be with this without any extra just walk and breathe and feel into this high frequency that you've created.

And see what you see within.

And if your mind wanders off,

Just come right back to your breath,

To the feeling and consciously choose to align to the frequency that you desire.

Stay with it.

Notice how powerful you are.

And you can slow your pace down a little bit if you like.

And just notice how your mind shifts.

And again,

Just noticing the shifts within,

Around you,

Outside of you,

How you see things.

As you remember that your inner world creates how you feel.

So slowing down until you can find a place to pause.

And as you're standing there,

Softening at the knees,

Lifting up through the heart,

You can move,

Shake,

Wiggle,

Or stand still,

Whatever feels good in your body based on how you feel now.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale.

Two more like that.

Inhale your entire body full of this good feeling.

And let it go.

One more big inhale.

And exhale.

Remembering you are where your focus is.

And when you change what's going on on the inside,

Everything outside of you is where you are.

And when you change what's going on on the inside,

Everything outside of you will change too.

You have the ability to activate this awareness,

This connection,

And this power within at any time.

So repeating after me,

Either out loud or to yourself,

I am powerful.

I am ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Letting go.

And from here,

You can continue to walk if you wish,

Or carry on with the rest of your day.
