This meditation is designed to listen to first thing in the morning. You're guided to get out of your head and into your heart where you will explore a desired feeling so you can show your subconscious how you would like to move through your day. Move away from habitual thoughts of the past and focus your attention and intention towards how you want to feel to co-create your day.

Find a comfortable seated position.

Support your spine if you need to.

Your hands can rest in your lap or on your knees.

And once you feel settled,

Close the eyes.

Take a couple of deep cleansing breaths.

Now breathe normally.

Let it be natural.

Relax the belly,

The shoulders,

Your jaw.

Soften all the muscles of the face.

The sides of the eyes.

Relax the tongue.

Focus on the breath at the edge of the nostrils.

Feeling this flow of energy as it enters and leaves the body.

As you exhale,

Choose to release any tension,

Resistance,

Or negative thoughts.

Take this moment to acknowledge and celebrate that you're prioritizing your health,

Your well-being,

And co-creating your day.

Moving from past to future,

From head to heart.

Feeling connected,

Aligned,

Inspired.

Drop deeper into this moment.

Bring your attention to your heart space.

Tuning into this inner knowing that lives here.

Now connect to a feeling or an emotion that you would like to embody today.

This may be a word or simply a sensation that you feel in your body.

And notice what it feels like.

And set your intention to carry this through your day.

Allow the mind to explore this.

Explore the feelings,

Sensations,

Or images,

Sounds.

Get all of your senses to join and amplify this feeling.

Connect to it.

Feel more alive,

Awake,

Present,

Grateful.

Open up to the possibilities.

Realize that you're broadcasting.

Moving out of your past and into your future.

Receive it.

Let it be clear.

Connect to it.

Feel it.

Show your mind how you want to move through your day.

I'll give you a few minutes to explore this experience.

Bring your attention back to the heart.
