Welcome to Meditation 4 series.

This is a meditation for calming the nervous system.

Once you've found yourself in a comfortable seat,

Make any adjustments to your body to allow you to relax.

Notice how the breath flows.

Notice the gentle rise of your body on the inhale.

And maybe the gentle fall of your shoulders on the exhale.

Begin to observe your body,

Noticing how you feel today.
