Clearing the Mind for Creative Flow is a guided meditation designed to create mental space where creativity can open and unfold. Through gentle breath awareness and grounding cues, habitual thought patterns soften, allowing the mind to become more receptive and spacious. As mental noise quiets, insight, inspiration, or a sense of ease may naturally arise. This practice invites creativity to emerge without force, effort, or expectation. Hello,

My friends.

I'm Trey,

And I'm glad you're here.

Let's begin by settling in and getting still.

Sit tall,

Grounded,

And easy.

We'll begin with Samavarti Pranayama,

Same and equal breathing,

Where the inhale is about the same length as the exhale.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

And allow the breath to clear the surface of the mind.

And now imagine a small ball of white light at the base of your spine,

About the size of a ping pong ball.

And as you inhale,

Imagine this small ball of light slowly rising,

Vertebra by vertebra,

And it moves into the space of your mind.

Continue to exhale and inhale here for a few breaths,

As the ball of light rolls and spins like a magnet,

Gathering up mental clutter,

Distractions,

Old thoughts that no longer need your attention.

It spins and spins.

And on your next exhale,

A ball of light travels back down the spine,

All the way down your right leg and out the sole of your foot.

Here,

It releases what it has gathered,

Offering it back to the earth,

Where it can be transformed and released.

Inhale again,

And the ball of light rises once more,

All the way up your spine,

Returning to your mind.

It spins and rolls again,

Gathering anything that remains,

Any lingering tension,

Any unnecessary noise.

And as you exhale,

The light travels back down the spine,

This time flowing down your left leg and out through the sole of your left foot.

More space is created.

More clarity arrives.

Take a moment to notice the quality of your mind now,

Steadier,

Clearer,

A little more present.

And you can continue breathing and clearing for as long as you need.

If an idea,

Solution,

Or creative path reveals itself to you,

Open your eyes and begin your creative process.

Or you can simply open your eyes,

Knowing that space has been created in your mind,

Making room for clarity,

For focus,

And possibility.

If you found this meditation helpful,

Please leave a review or share it,

As this is helpful for others to find it,

Who also may need it.

Have a beautiful day,

My friends.
