Welcome,
Thank you for being here today and for showing up for yourself.
This is a gratitude meditation created to honor you and deepen the well of loving kindness within.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to be supported exactly as it is.
Gently close your eyes and soften your gaze.
Begin by bringing awareness to your breath,
And notice the natural rhythm of your inhale and your exhale.
With each breath out,
Invite your nervous system to soften,
Let your shoulders drop,
Your jaw unclench,
And your belly relax.
You are safe to be here,
You are allowed to rest and to be.
Now gently place one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.
Bring awareness inward and begin to connect with a sense of gratitude,
Not for doing,
But for simply being.
Silently or aloud,
Offer thanks to your body for caring you,
For breathing for you,
For holding all of your experiences with quiet devotion.
Thank your heart for continuing to love,
Even when it has been tendered,
And even when it has been tired.
Thank yourself for showing up for life,
For chosen growth,
Choosing awareness,
Choosing compassion,
Even when it hasn't been easy.
Let this gratitude be soft and real.
If words do not come,
Simply let the feeling of appreciation be enough.
Now,
Imagine a soft luminous pink ray of light descending gently from above,
A celestial frequency of Rahani healing,
Carrying unconditional love,
Compassion,
And grace.
This pink ray of light moves slowly and lovingly,
As if it knows exactly where to go.
It enters through the crown of your head,
Flowing into your mind,
Soothing old thought patterns,
Melting self-judgment,
Replacing harshness with kindness,
And soothing your third eye.
Allow the pink ray of light to move into your throat,
Clearing unspoken emotions,
Bringing gentleness to your self-expression.
Now it pours into your heart,
Expanding and warming,
Wrapping your heart in a cocoon of pure compassion.
With each breath,
This pink ray of light softens places where love has been withheld,
And restores harmony within.
You don't need to do anything,
Simply receive and just be.
As the Rahani pink light continues to flow,
Bring to mind a part of yourself that has needed extra tenderness,
Perhaps a younger version of you,
Or a part of you that has felt misunderstood,
Overextended,
Or unseen.
Imagine this part of you being held gently in this pink ray of light,
Not to fix or to change,
But to be loved exactly as you are.
Silently repeat,
Letting these words land softly,
May I be kind to myself.
May I be patient with my unfolding.
May I honor my needs without guilt.
May I love myself as I am in this moment.
If emotions arise,
Allow it to move through you.
This is love remembering itself.
Now,
Allow the pink ray of light into your heart to grow bigger and brighter,
Until it begins to radiate outward.
First,
Offer loving kindness to yourself.
May I be safe.
May I be peaceful.
May I be loved.
May I be free.
Next,
Bring to mind someone who feels easy to love.
A friend.
A teacher.
A beloved being.
An animal companion.
See them bathe in the same pink ray of light.
May you be safe.
May you be peaceful.
May you be loved.
And may you be free.
Now,
Gently expand this field of compassion to all beings everywhere.
Those you know.
Those you don't.
And even those who have challenged you.
Without forcing anything,
Simply offer the frequency of love.
May all beings be held in compassion.
May all hearts remember love.
May all beings know peace.
Begin to bring your awareness back.
To your breath.
To your body.
Resting here.
The Rohani pink ray remains with you.
Woven into your energy field.
Available to you whenever you return to your heart.
Take a slow,
Nourishing breath in.
And a gentle breath out.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes to this beautiful present moment.
