Welcoming everything just as it is,
Any thoughts,
Sensations,
Any emotions,
Just allowing it to be,
As you remain aware and in control,
Just resting as the witness of your experience,
And if it feels natural,

A place,

Or feeling of safety or ease,
Something that helps the body soften,
Let it be in the background as support for you,
And gently introduce simple intention,
Something true and supportive for you,

Mid back and mid abs,

Around the waist and hips,
The buttocks,
Around the legs,
Upper legs,
Knees,
Shins and calves,
Around the ankles,
Top of the feet,
Heels,
Bottom of the feet,
Down the toes,
The whole body becoming heavier,
Supported,
Effortless and imagine yourself standing at the beginning of a quiet path,
It's a peaceful place,
Begin to walk slowly,
Feeling the ground beneath your feet,
Hearing gentle sounds of nature,
Soft breeze brushing your skin,
A warm light filtering through the trees,
With each step the body releases more and more,
Tension melting away,
Back into the earth,
At the end of the path you arrive at a calm still lake,
You're holding small stones,
Each one representing a worry,
A pressure,
A what if,
No need to name them,
Just feel their weight,
Gently release them one by one into the water,
Watching each ripple as they fade and disappear,
Perhaps feeling lightness in your hands,
In your body,
In your mind,
Nothing to carry,
