In this Yoga Nidra practice, we shift away from the "struggle" of weight loss and move toward biological alignment. Through a deep body sensing process, you will be guided to view your physical form as vibrant energy rather than a problem to be fixed. This shift in perspective helps lower the body's stress response, signaling your nervous system to move from "fat-storage mode" into "rest-and-digest."
