Meet Your Guides

Travel inwards through your heart space to meet with your guides in that space. Allow them to take you on a journey for healings, activations, introductions, or where ever else you need to go. You can use this meditation multiple times to meet with different guides, or to meet with the same guide for different adventures.

I call to you to get into a comfortable seated position or lying down, Focusing on your breathing in and out. Relax your head, Your jaw, Your neck, Your shoulders, Releasing everything from the day until you are inside your own body. On your next inhale, I want you to imagine that gorgeous roots are coming out of your feet or your back, Whatever is touching the floor, Sinking deep and down into Gaia in a place that is suitable just for you. And now I invite you to imagine yourself shrinking small and standing right behind your beating heart. Watch your powerful lungs, Your strong heart, And just look at the beauty and the power of you. Eventually, We are going to see a door form right in front of us. We're going to walk through. What does this space look like to you? How does it feel? Is it crowded or empty? Or does it feel calm and secure? Once you are ready, You may call any guide you would like, Or you can go this alone. As you ask to be shown a door to a place where you can meet your guides and learn their names and learn who they are and how they communicate with you one by one, This door appears in front of you. Take a moment to examine what it looks like and how you feel as you're about to enter this doorway. Are you excited? Are you nervous? Do you find fear? Whenever you're ready, I want you to walk through that doorway, Closing it firmly behind you. Take a moment in this space as it was created just for you. As we walk around, What does this temple, This forest, This field look like to you? Does it seem inviting? Is it dark as there's more to explore? Take a moment to explore this space a little bit. What does it smell like? How does the air feel? Are there any sounds that you notice? When you are ready, I want you to walk towards the fireplace or the fire, The campfire, The torch, And walk into that light as you notice a figure walking towards and standing in the opposite light of you. Do you know who this person is? Do you know what this is? Ask it its name. Ask how they make you feel. Any symbolism. Just take this moment to converse with them.
