Welcome to my peaceful meditation.

Sit down in a dark room,

Either lay down on your back in a comfortable position or sit down cross-legged with your back straight and your chin tucked in with your palms up.

Focus on your breathing.

Breathe in through your nose,

Breathe out through your mouth.

Breathe in through your nose,

Breathe out through your mouth.

One more time,

Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

Now let your breath take you to a very green forest,

An enchanted forest where you feel safe,

As safe as you can be.

There's so many trees around,

There's bushes,

There's a river flowing on the other side of the forest.

It feels tranquil,

It feels so peaceful.

There's just so much light in just the feeling of the forest alone.

Look now at your feet and see that they're bare and feel the earth beneath you support you fully and completely.

Feel the air around your body,

Feel the earth beneath your feet,

Feel the earth supporting you,

Feel the peace within you,

Feel the peace growing within you.

You decide to take a walk around this forest and as you take a walk around this forest you see little patches of memories from your life.

Memories with people that you love,

Memories where you feel whole,

Memories where you feel supported and loved.

And as you keep walking down this magical forest you see butterflies,

You see the most beautiful plants and flowers you've ever seen,

You see the sunshine just beaming down on your skin,

You see trees just blooming and you see the magic within them and a sudden peace just wraps around your whole body.

You stand there for a second letting the peace absorb into your soul,

Letting the peace absorb into your body and your heart and your mind and then you remember that you can access this peace through your breath whenever you want to,

Whenever you need to.

The peace is always there for you.

Now using your breath and your awareness bring yourself back into your body,

Back into the room you're in and whenever you're ready to end this meditation simply just open up your eyes and remember your inner peace is always there for you whenever you need it.
