Welcome to your highest self meditation.

Sit back and relax.

You can lay down or sit up.

It's up to you.

Just relax.

Feel your body start to soften.

Feel your fingertips.

Feel your toes.

Relax a little deeper.

I would like you to expect thoughts and disruptions as an expectation during this meditation.

And when you start thinking about what you have to do today or a to-do list or anything else,

I just want you to simply name what is going on and sit with it.

Oh,

I notice I'm thinking.

Now,

I'm going to start naming parts of your body.

And when you hear me name that part of your body,

I want you to try to relax just a little bit more.

Feel the top of your head.

Feel your forehead begin to soften.

Feel your eyebrows going down your cheekbones,

Down to the jawline.

Just begin to feel it soften and relax a little bit more.

Now,

On the back side of the head,

Feel anything there,

Any aches or pains.

Feeling your way down to your neck.

On the front side of your neck,

The sides,

And now the back of your neck.

Feeling any sensations that might be there.

Now,

Bringing your attention to your left shoulder.

Feeling present in your body.

Just scanning down the arm,

Past your left elbow,

Down to your left wrist,

And out through each one of your fingertips.

Taking deep breaths and being fully present in the body.

Now,

Bringing your attention now to across your chest to your right shoulder.

Feeling any and all sensations that might be present.

Feeling down your arm to your right elbow,

Down to your right wrist,

And out through each one of your fingertips.

Now,

I would like you to bring your attention and your awareness down to your heart space in your chest.

Feel what's going on in your chest.

Any emotions or sensations that might be present.

Bringing a hand to that place if that feels resonant for you.

Now,

Moving on to your stomach area,

Your belly.

Feeling anything and everything might be present.

There's no wrong answer.

Just be present.

Be with what is.

Notice any resistance you may have to feeling the sensations in your body.

Moving your attention and your awareness from your upper back to your lower back.

Feeling any aches or pains that may run along your back,

And just being present with them.

Moving on to the hips.

Feeling your hips moving down and scanning your legs and your feet.

And feeling the energy flow out of your feet.

Now,

Take a deep,

Deep inhale through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

And feel like you're breathing in pure white light.

Deep into your body.

Now,

I would like you to imagine yourself in a beautiful,

Enchanted forest.

It's almost nighttime.

And the sky is a beautiful indigo blue.

The stars are shining and lighting up the sky.

And the moon is just starting to come out and light up the rich forest trees.

You feel so relaxed being here.

Off into the distance,

You hear sounds of a magnetizing,

Hypnotic,

Bubbling brook.

You decide to walk towards the bubbling brook.

As you're walking,

You can hear the crickets chirp and you get even more relaxed.

Now,

I would like for you to look inside of your heart space.

Look deep into your heart space.

And see what is that you actually want in this lifetime.

What are you doing to serve others?

What is it that you truly want to do?

And even if you don't know,

What clues do you have?

Now,

I want you to imagine whatever you just saw or felt.

I want you to imagine yourself doing those things.

In real life.

How would that feel?

How would you walk through life?

What would the embodiment of that look like?

Just imagine yourself moving through the world.

And doing what it is that you truly want to do.

Now,

I want you to imagine that you're shrinking that scene.

Smaller and smaller.

Into a ball.

This is gradually getting smaller.

And releasing it into the universe.

Knowing that it is in motion.

And with that,

I invite you to come back into your body.

Feeling your arms.

Maybe moving around your feet or your hands.

And when you're ready,

Taking a deep breath in.

Letting it out.

And opening your eyes.

To come back into the room that you are in.

And moving forward with your day.

The way you know you should in your heart.
