A heart chakra meditation, to pen up your heart center and your heart chakra. Do this meditation daily for best results. Our heart chakra is what connects us to the threads of the universe. We are all interconnected through love.

Start by sitting down with your legs crossed,

Your back straight and your chin tucked in.

Now take in a deep breath.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Pause,

Hold your breath.

Now exhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale again,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now pause.

Now exhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now return to normal breathing.

Now I want you to imagine a beautiful white light,

This beautiful white light surrounding your head coming from your third eye.

This beautiful white light dripping down your ears,

Down your neck,

Down your shoulders,

Going down your arms,

Your stomach,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Going all the way down to your feet.

Surrender in this beautiful white light.

Now I want you to imagine this beautiful white light surrounding you fully,

Entering into your heart center,

Into your heart chakra,

Going through you and wrapping you in a warm blanket.

I want you to recognize these truths as your truths,

As they lie within your soul,

As they twine us in interconnectedness with the universe.

Repeat these truths either in your head or out loud and affirm it to your conscious and your subconscious mind.

I am love.

I radiate love.

I glow in love.

I am fully,

Fully loved to my core.

I love myself fully and deeply and accept myself exactly the way I am right now.

And I embrace every single little aspect of myself and love it fully.

I understand that love connects me to the universe and to the all.

I choose to see through love today.

I choose to see love over fear.

I choose to see love in every single aspect of my life and every single aspect of my day.

Now to lock in these affirmations.

Breathe in deeply for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold.

Now exhale for four,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Again,

Inhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold.

Now exhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Now open your eyes to your new reality that is through the lens of love and embrace love throughout your day.
