This is your morning.
You get to decide how you want to feel this morning.
You get to decide what you want to focus on.
You get to decide how you want to feel.
What thoughts do you want to think?
What do you want to believe is true and possible for you today and for your life?
Don't focus on the negative feelings or feelings that might take you into a negative frame of mind.
While your feelings are important and help to guide you,
They are not always accurate.
You have to focus on which thoughts you want to focus on.
Focus on the thoughts that help you to make the best decisions.
Focus on the thoughts that make you feel most vibrant and alive.
Focus on thoughts that from moment to moment help you to feel more aligned and more clear.
Stay clear.
Stay soft and open in your heart.
And stay ready.
Ready for opportunities.
Ready to make new decisions.
Ready to stop what you're doing at any given moment and drop down to your knees and pray.
The state of readiness is a state of aliveness.
Much like the birds are ready to take flight at any given moment.
And yet while they're sitting on the branch,
They can sit with ease allowing themselves to be present in that moment.
Stay present.
Stay ready.
Stay soft.
Stay open.
This is your life.
You get to think whatever thoughts you want to.
You get to choose the kind of feeling and energy that you experience in your body.
What do you want to choose?
What do you want to experience?
Don't trust the negative thoughts in your mind.
Don't trust the doubts and despair.
Turn the other direction until you see the light.
The light is what reminds you that all things are happening for your greater good.
The light is not always optimistic and positive.
It's not always cheery.
But it is a light of hope.
A guiding light in the darkness.
And sometimes you must walk through the darkness for quite some time before it transitions into the light of day.
But you don't have to worry because it's not the light outside of you that you're seeking.
It's the light within you.
And any light outside of you is also reflecting back to you what exists within you.
So look for the light.
Keep your thoughts in your mind leaning towards the light.
There is a kind of darkness that when you stay there too long leads you into a pit of despair and agony.
And it's difficult to get out of.
Much like walking into a pit of tar.
You can stay stuck there for longer than necessary.
And you don't have to stay stuck there at all.
You don't have to go there anymore.
So choose something different.
Move your body.
Take fresh breath into your lungs.
Stretch your arms.
Move your feet.
Circle your ankles.
Find your peace.
Peace is always there.
It's always there.
It's waiting for you.
Waiting for you to relax.
To let go.
To get out of your head and to just be.
You're doing a good job.
