You will discover four key indicators that help you locate your shadow in everyday life. You will understand why your biggest triggers point to your oldest wounds. And you will leave with a set of tools and practices that will serve you for the rest of your life. This is not surface level work. This is the kind of inner work that breaks generational patterns. Meet your Teacher

Veronica Clark is a transformational coach, embodied facilitator and somatic experiencing practitioner with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals through deep personal healing and self discovery. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Education, providing her with a strong academic foundation in human behavior, learning and personal development. She is also a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP)® — a trauma resolution methodology developed by Dr. Peter Levine — which informs her unique approach to healing that integrates the mind, body and nervous system. Her work draws on a rich blend of psychological frameworks, somatic practices, shadow work and embodied coaching methodologies developed and refined through years of personal study, lived experience and direct work with clients. Veronica has facilitated transformational workshops, classes and group experiences that have helped hundreds of people develop greater self awareness, break unconscious patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves. Veronica’s teaching style is warm, grounded and deeply human. She believes that real healing happens not just in the mind but in the body — and that the path to transformation begins with the willingness to look honestly at ourselves with compassion.
