This practice acts like a shot of espresso to get you energized and refreshed. This short practice takes you thru controlled hyperventilation (two sharp inhales then a longer exhale) starting slow then building speed. Then two breath retentions, first holding the inhale, then the exhale (with optional bhanda practice). Try it for up to three rounds for a big shift.
