Meditation Timer OnlineOriginally a South Florida man, Vance moved to Los Angeles in 2014 after yoga transformed his perspective on life. He learned and taught there for 11 years, then moved to New York in 2025 following his heart. He once was a full time performer, both professionally and personally (a closeted gay man)… Yoga and meditation allowed him the space to be honest with himself and everyone else, making way for deeper connections, fulfillment, and a more liberated, authentic, uninhibited way of being. Through practice, he received a more powerful body, a more malleable mind …but most importantly, a deeper connection to the most profound forces: AUTHENTICITY and LOVE! He’s been lucky to watch his practice grow from teaching family and friends in his parents back yard to working with: studios, gyms, private clients, retreats, corporations, events, music festivals, conferences, and online fitness apps (most notably becoming a global yoga trainer for Nike). He is committed to sharing these transformative tools with as many people as possible, in any capacity.
