This 8 hour track is designed to decongest your lymphatic fluid, lymphedema, or inflammation while you sleep. It gently guides you through deep diaphragmatic breathing, body relaxation, and stimulation of the lymphatic pathways through visualization of light. It gently calls upon your healers to help guide your restorative flow so you wake refreshed, soft, and renewed. The track begins with a loving spoken guidance, and softens to a whisper. There is a gentle whispered sequence repeated 3 times throughout the remainder of the track, as to not awaken or stimulate any senses for a deep, restful cleanse.
