In this relaxing, inspiring meditation you imagine walking through a beautiful forest - connecting with nature - the trees, the water, and the birds. You also connect with your heart, and that deeper part of your that knows deep down who you are, what you are really capable of, and how you can access your Pure Potential.

Transcript

Welcome to the Pure Potentiality Meditation.

Get yourself comfortable on a beanbag,

On the sofa or in your chair and relax.

Closing your eyes,

Just allow yourself to drift,

Letting go of your day.

Feel your shoulders relaxing,

Feel your eyes getting heavier and allow yourself to drift.

As we go on this journey,

I want you to take some gentle in-breaths,

Starting in through your nose for five,

Breathing with me now.

Hold and release through your nose all the way out,

All the way out,

All the way out.

Another in-breath,

Slowly in through your nose and down into your belly.

One final breath together,

In for five.

Hold and slowly breathing out through your nose.

Continue breathing slowly in through your nose as you do so feel yourself being re-energized,

Feel yourself re-oxygenating.

And as you breathe out,

Allow yourself to relax further,

Clearing your mind.

And this is your time.

And you'll notice the music in the background,

The sound of running water,

Birds tweeting.

With that in your mind,

I want you to imagine stepping into a forest with a stream on one side.

Sun is streaming through the trees,

Bathing you in a gentle dappled light.

As you walk slowly through this beautiful glen,

You see the nature all around you.

You touch the leaves of the trees as you walk past them.

You stop for a moment to put your hand on the trunk of the tree,

Feeling the coolness of its touch on your hand.

And as you carry on walking,

You see the birds flittering higher in the trees.

A butterfly flitters past.

You look down at the stream as it trickles past and you feel connected with nature.

You feel the energy of nature.

As you do so,

You feel the clarity that comes with that connection.

And you step into that space between your thoughts and your actions,

And you let go of outcomes.

And you step into the realm of pure potentiality.

Allow that to surround you now.

As you connect with nature,

You also connect that deeper part of yourself that knows what you're capable of.

You might call it your spirit or your soul.

The eternal you that sits deeper below your thinking mind.

Connect with that person now.

In the silence that surrounds you.

And in that silence,

The ideas grow.

The knowledge of who you really are.

The knowledge of why you're here.

And the knowledge that you are pure potential.

You can create anything.

If you just find this silent space between your thoughts.

Open up to that now.

And as we come back shortly,

Allow that reality of your potential to come back with you.

And know that it comes from a place of love.

Allow that love to surround you.

Feel it in your heart.

And make that connection with your true self and your true potential.

We come back slowly.

Bring all of you back with you now.

Returning in five,

Four,

Three,

And you're back.

You're ready.

Wriggling your fingers and your toes.

Opening your eyes.

Taking a stretch.

And preparing yourself.

The day ahead or the task ahead.
