Let this moment be a reminder that everything begins in the present.
With each exhale,
Let go of any tension or distractions,
Creating space for intention and focus.
Bring to mind one thing you wish to manifest,
A goal,
A dream,
Or a specific energy you wish to embody.
Hold this intention in your mind without judgment or doubt.
Imagine it as clearly as you can.
What do you feel?
What does this manifestation look like in your life?
Allow this vision to grow richer with each breath.
Scan your body and mind for any resistance,
Doubts,
Fears,
Or limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
Acknowledge them with compassion.
They are only temporary.
Exhale.
Imagine releasing these blocks one by one.
Feel the space you've created within yourself,
Open and ready.

Repeat silently to yourself or in your head,
