I'm Tracy.
I'm a sound healing practitioner.
A holistic and spiritual guide and in this video I want to talk about how I got into sound healing.
It started over 10 years ago.
I uh.
.
.
Was going through a huge break up.
It's something that my sister suggested.
She took me to a session.
Where I had no idea what it is.
It looked like a yoga studio but it was very dark because it was at night.
It was very hard for me to surrender.
To the place,
To the space.
The sounds.
Everything,
Because.
.
.
Even though everything looked very cozy,
There's blankets,
Everybody's lying down with the pillows.
Getting comfortable.
I was not comfortable at all.
In my mind,
I was just like,
What is happening here?
Yeah,
It sounds good but.
.
.
I don't want to fall asleep.
And all these thoughts crossing my mind.
I really tried to stay awake the whole time,
Even though my eyes were closed.
But I felt like also going and coming here.
Different dimensions at the same time.
I guess I've been always very sensitive to music,
To sound.
And so even though I was really fighting.
On the outside.
Internally,
I was really.
.
.
Experiencing.
Lots of ships,
Basically.
And so the whole time.
My body,
My mind,
They're just like really fighting.
But I guess in spirit,
I felt something.
After that.
.
.
When I left,
I was like,
I'm not doing this again.
I'm not going back to this again.
Later on.
It really,
I guess I really processed everything.
And later on,
I started going a lot more.
I just found places where I would be going,
You know,
Because my sister was visiting at the moment.
Anyways,
She came just to be with me for a little like certain time period.
And then.
I was on my own physically.
I kept calling whenever I needed more relief.
In life.
Relief from heavy emotions especially.
I found.
Music always very healing.
It truly is.
Peace the soul.
It truly shifts a lot of things,
Unspoken things.
I am very connected to the sound and music and everything about it.
It definitely takes me into the present moment where I can be truly myself.
And feel the moment,
Be in the moment.
Be present.
And just really.

.
Have peace of mind.
Because when the mind calms,
The body calms.
And everything calms down.
This is where real peace is.
It's just.
.
.
Being.
Not doing,
Not thinking.
And just being.
When I'm on the receiving side.
Which has been over 10 years.
This is where I.
Can really travel through dimensions and really.
.
.
Ew.
My being.
And so it's something very amazing.
It definitely gradually takes time.
The first times I started,
My body was just fighting.
My mind was fighting.
Saying like I'm not comfortable,
I don't really want to do this.
But later on because I felt truly felt deep within where like my spirit really young.
Found some peace.
And maybe enlightenment also,
I just kept going.
And so the more I went,
The more I got into these sessions,
The more I practiced surrendering to the moment,
To what is happening.
Oh.
And there are so many instruments by the way,
Not every instrument.
Really?
Gives that.
Relaxing.
Feeling some instruments can trigger different kind of emotions.
They're all very good.
It's just going through that uncomfortable moments as well.
Is part of the journey.
Part of sound healing.
It's just what it is.
It's just afterwards.
Processing emotions.
It definitely helps me process emotions.
This is something priceless to me,
Really,
Truly.
To be able to process emotions and just I mean.

.
Going back to my own energy is So cleansing.
So just like.
.
.
Water cleanses everything.
Sound also does this.
Um.
.
.
I truly believe that.
And um.
.
.
I hope maybe this gives you some sort of inspiration where this could be a part of your practice.
Sound meditation,
Sound bath,
Sound healing,
However you want to call it.
Um,
Sounds really.
.
.
Is very effective.
It goes through your cells.
Your mind,
Your body,
Your soul,
Everything.
And so I hope this brings some sort of spark.
And um.

Getting into our hearts,
