Hi,
Welcome to this 5-minute abundance meditation.
You can come back and listen to it as many times as you need.
Start with settling yourself into a comfortable position,
Allowing your body to relax and feel supported.
You can close your eyes gently or keep a soft,
Unfocused gaze.
While you're taking a moment to settle in,
Connecting with the surface.
Let your shoulders drop and gently relax your jaw.
Take a slow deep breath in and as you exhale,
Feel your body release any tension.
Now bring your attention to your breath.
Notice its natural rhythm.
Feel the air as it enters and leaves your body.
There's no need to change anything.
Just simply observe.
Let your breath be soft and steady.
For the next few minutes,
We're going to focus on the feeling of abundance.
Abundance isn't just about money.
It's about a richness in all areas of your life.
Love,
Joy,
Health,
Connection,
Opportunities,
Peace.
Begin by bringing to mind three things you are genuinely grateful for.
For right now.
They can be small things like the comfort of your chair,
The warmth of the sun,
Or a kind word you received.
Allow yourself to truly feel the gratitude for these things.
Notice where you feel that warmth or expansion in your body.
Now imagine that feeling of gratitude expanding.
Picture your life as already full and overflowing.
With everything you desire.
See yourself surrounded by loving relationships,
Vibrant health,
Meaningful work,
And endless opportunities.
Don't worry about how these things will come,
Simply focus on the feeling of having them now.
Visualize a gentle golden light around you,
Representing the infinite abundance of the universe.
With each inhale,
Imagine this golden light pouring into every cell of your body,
Filling you with feelings of richness,
Prosperity,
And well-being.
With each exhale,
Release any feelings of lack,
Scarcity,
Or doubt,
Letting them dissolve into the air.
Rest in this feeling of fullness.
Allow yourself to deeply trust that there is more than enough for you,
Are deserving of all the good things life has to offer.
Your mind might still wander and that's okay.
When it does,
Gently acknowledge the thought and then kindly guide your attention back to the golden light and the feeling of abundance within and around you.
We will now spend a few moments in silence,
Allowing you to keep observing your breath and exploring your inner For these final moments,
Just continue to breathe and allow that feeling of abundance to deepen within you.
Feel connected to an endless source of good.
When you're ready,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your body and the space that you are in.
Gently open your eyes and take a moment to appreciate the feeling of abundance you've cultivated.
Every time you meditate,
You're building a habit of presence and awareness.
Take one final gentle breath in and a slow releasing breath out.
Namaste.
