When initially feeling into energy,

Like anything new,

It just needs to be experienced and practiced and before you know it,

It becomes second nature.

Feeling into energy is best done when balanced,

When the nervous system is calm.

Feeling into energy is going to be different for all of us.

Physical signals felt in the body is the most common.

You might feel a heaviness,

A sinking,

An expansion,

A lightness.

You might see colours or patterns or words might appear in your mind.

All of these things are perfect,

Absolutely perfect when feeling into energy,

It's important to trust your intuition.

Feeling into energy uses our sixth sense of intuition,

It's primal.

Sometimes when feeling into energy,

It doesn't make a lot of sense because we are using our intuition opposed to our thinking brain.

Our intuition is linked to our heart wisdom,

Our soul wisdom,

Our inner wisdom,

It's all the same thing.

It's important to make space,

To feel into the energy of what we absorb in our day,

Our food,

Our environment,

Our company,

Our thoughts,

Our actions and then limit what is not expansive.

Always be aware of false restriction.

False restriction occurs when our nervous system is trying to protect us or we're doing something new with unknown outcomes.

So if you're doing something new and you're really wanting the finished outcome,

You're going to have to work with that beautiful logical brain to explore and enquire whether the restriction you're feeling is a false restriction or not.

Alright,

Get comfortable,

Please close your eyes.

Taking a relaxed deep breath in and holding and releasing and again and again.

I want you to consider something you love,

Something that makes you smile when that memory is on hand.

We'll begin an exercise feeling in to the energy of the thing that you love.

Now that that item is present in your memory,

What are you physically feeling in your body when this thing that you love is considered?

Well,

In your body are you feeling the physical signals?

Is it your head,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Your chest,

Your back,

Your hips,

Your legs?

And what does the sensation feel like?

Light?

Are you seeing colours or experiencing patterns?

Are words coming to mind?

Know that whatever comes up is perfect.

Now consider something you dislike.

It could be a type of animal,

A habit,

A person,

A commitment.

When you consider this memory of what you dislike,

Where in your body are you feeling a physical sensation?

Is it your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your stomach?

And what does the sensation feel like?

Is it a heaviness,

A tension?

And how different is this sensation of dislike to the thought of what you love?

Feeling into energy does not need to be complicated.

With practice,

Your proficiency increases until little effort is needed to fill into the energy.

Take this practice into your day.

Know that you are loved,

You are supported when you belong.

I trust you.

It's time you fully trusted yourself too.

So when you start feeling into the energy,

Just trust whatever comes up for you.
