Welcome to your practice of connecting in,

Calming the nervous system,

Accessing peace.

Everyday life can be hectic if we choose it to be.

Taking moments like this to connect into ourselves,

Our magnificence,

Our brilliance,

Our primeness,

Helps us have the most blissful day possible.

Please close your eyes,

Melt into whatever is supporting you.

Start with a gentle,

Easy breath,

Releasing any restrictive energy felt in the body.

Letting go of anything the mind is clinging to.

Siver the connection.

Let go.

Breathing gently and melting into our embodiment upon every calm,

Gentle breath.

Making space to hear our inner wisdom amongst the day's busyness helps us evolve and experience heaven on earth.

It gives us access to freedom.

If the mind wanders off,

Come back to the breath and melt into your body.

Feel the gentle,

Warm melting of everything that is too heavy to hold and restrictive.

Anything that is blocking you.

Anything that is holding you back.

Just let it melt away.

By coming back to the breath and embodying yourself fully,

Your energy changes from restriction into expansion.

You are brilliant.

And this is why you are experiencing this physical plane right here and now.

And as we let these words sink into our subconscious and super conscious,

We also let go of any programming limiting or holding us back.

Letting go of what is too heavy to hold or isn't ours to carry.

We are fully relaxed.

We are calm.

We are balanced.

The conversations you have with yourself are important.

Watch your words and ensure they are as expansive as possible.

As we end our practice of connecting in,

I'd like you to feel into how your body feels.

Is it feeling a little freer,

A little lighter?

What you say to yourself,

What you think matters,

You matter.
