Hello everyone,
And thank you for letting me lead you through a guided meditation for womb healing.
If you've been feeling pain,
Tension,
Or any kind of stagnation,
Whether it's something really intense or just a subtle discomfort that's been hanging around,
This practice is for you.
Today,
We're going to use meditation and gentle energy work to reconnect with the body,
To soften what's tight,
And to nourish what feels depleted.
This practice blends somatic awareness,
Which simply means tuning into the sensations of your body without judgment,
And energetic visualization,
A way to move healing light through the places that need extra love.
Somatic meditation teaches us that healing happens not by forcing the body to change,
But by listening to it,
Trusting it,
And creating enough space for balance to naturally reoccur.
So wherever you are,
Give yourself permission to settle in,
Let your breath slow down,
And let your body know that it's safe to soften.
And when you're ready,
Let's begin.
Be present in this space,
And we're going to begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose,
And gently releasing the air out through the nose.
Again,
Breathing in through the nose,
Focusing on the tip of the nose as the air comes into your body.
And on the exhale,
Gently allowing the air to flow out.
And breathe in on my count up to four seconds,
Breathing in one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold.
Release,
One,
Two,
Three,
Five,
Six,
Hold.
We'll do that a few more times.
Breathing in,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Hold.
Release,
One,
Two,
Three.
Breathe in,
One,
Two,
Three.
Release,
One,
Two,
Six.
Continue doing this breath at your own pace now,
Allowing each breath to enter into the body with ease.
And on the exhale,
Allow each muscle to soften.
On the next inhale,
Breathing in the air and allowing it to come all the way into your lung space and expand your chest.
And on the exhale,
Fully release the air,
Feeling every muscle in the body surrender.
On the next inhale,
Breathing in the air through the nose and filling up the stomach,
Releasing the air and allowing the muscles in the stomach to soften.
Again,
Breathing in through the nose,
All the way down the body and allowing the air to come down to the tips of your toes.
And on the exhale,
Fully surrender,
Taking a moment to tune into the energy of your body right now,
Becoming aware of the energy running through the left side of your body and allowing the awareness to cross over to the right side of your body.
Then bringing your awareness up to your head,
Gently softening the brow and the muscles in the eyes,
Releasing any tension in the shoulders,
And then bringing your awareness all the way down to your feet,
Allowing yourself to become aware of the pulses in the toes,
The energy swirling around the bottom of the feet.
And now bring your energy to the backside of your body that's touching the surface beneath you and allow yourself to feel fully supported by the gravity,
By the earth.
And from this space down at the tailbone of your body,
Visualize a root growing from the base of your body as if you were building a trunk that were grounding itself down into the earth.
Notice the sensation in your body now when you allow yourself to fully ground.
On the next inhale in,
Breathe in the air.
And on the exhale,
Allow the roots to go even deeper into the earth,
Expanding down.
Again,
Breathing in the air,
Filling up the body and using the air to expand even deeper through the trunk,
Creating roots into the ground.
And from this space,
Visualizing a root or grounding cord coming down from the trunk that you formed,
Working its way through the earth,
Digging down through the soil,
Through water,
Through rocks,
Reaching the center of the earth and wrapping around the earth's core three times,
Hooking in and feeling Mother Earth's energy traveling up the grounding cord all the way into the base of your body and allow yourself to soften as this new energy welcomes your space.
And as this energy continues to flow,
Allow it to travel up each one of your energy centers,
Working its way up the body into the womb space,
Surrendering,
Allowing the energy to soften throughout your body all the way up to your heart space and taking a moment here and sitting in the stillness of your heart as if it were a room with no windows,
No ceiling.
Your heart is a channel for unconditional love.
Allow that love and that frequency to pour into the body,
Filling up your body with unconditional love,
So much love that you can feel its energy working its way around your entire body and allow all of this energy to continue traveling up into your throat space.
And as you take a deep breath in,
Soften the throat,
Soften the shoulders,
Releasing all of the air and allowing the energy to travel now up into the third eye,
Relaxing all of the muscles of the face,
Relaxing the jaw,
The cheeks,
The lips,
The back of the head,
Behind the ears,
Bringing that energy into the third eye and visualizing the eye opening wide as if there were a mirror into the sky or a window that was unfogging and you could see clearly,
Allowing your body to open fully to receive any downloads maybe that are for you and allow the energy to continue up now to the crown.
And as you take a deep breath in,
Breathing in all of the air and energy up to the crown of your head and on the exhale,
Bloom the crown open as if it were a flower on top of your head.
And notice how the energy in your body feels now,
Scanning from top to bottom,
Allowing yourself to sit in this balance for a moment,
Give yourself permission to soften in areas that feel tense.
And from this space,
Visualizing a bright white light right above the crown of your head,
Almost as if it were a halo of some sort.
And as you visualize this halo,
Allow yourself to call back all of the energy that you have dispersed today,
All of the energy that you have given away this week to situations,
All the energy that you've already put into the future by planning and worrying,
Calling all of the energy back from all different times and spaces and visualizing that halo above your head growing brighter and brighter.
So bright now that it starts to look more like a ball of light forming above your head.
And allow that halo and that ball of light to drop into the crown.
And as it passes through the third eye,
Soften the eyes.
As it passes through the throat,
Relax the shoulders.
As it passes through the heart,
Allow it to feel fully charged by love.
As it passes through the stomach,
Allow yourself to feel fully in your body and allow it to find itself a home in your womb space.
As if this beautiful ball of light now is sitting in a space that needs a little bit more comfort in this moment.
And bring your awareness to this space.
And as you breathe in,
Allow the energy from this ball of light to recharge every ache,
Every tender spot and create more softness.
And in your mind's eye,
Bring yourself into this ball of light that's in your womb.
As if you were walking around a beautiful garden,
But a garden that was inside of your body.
And every cell in this garden is a flower.
And there are beautiful flowers all around you with a path cut directly through that you can follow.
And as you walk through this garden,
Allow the sun's warmth to beam down on you.
Allow the wind to caress you as if it were a warm hug.
You had the beautiful flowers that are blooming.
Maybe there are certain colors that stick out to you.
Maybe you notice there are hedges and trees.
Allow your imagination and your intuition to create the most beautiful garden you have ever seen in your life.
Continue walking down the path as you feel the universe pulling you as if you're being guided to follow.
And as you get to a certain area,
You notice there's a patch of soil that needs a little bit more love.
Some flowers that need a little bit more attention.
Some cells that need a little bit more healing.
Use this as an opportunity to nourish this area,
This garden,
By allowing water to flow through it as if you had a watering spigot in your hand.
And as you tend to the garden and you watch the soil soak up the water,
You can feel ease enter your body.
Maybe you even find some seeds in your pocket to throw into this garden.
And as you water it,
You watch these seeds begin to sprout under the sunlight.
And you allow your body and your garden to experience healing.
And as you watch these flowers bloom,
Maybe you notice a color or a specific flower.
Allow your intuition to guide you.
And as you watch this garden fully regrow now into a beautiful,
Lush garden full of life,
You feel another tug,
A gentle pull from the universe to continue down the path.
And as you walk down the path,
You notice a big,
Beautiful bed made of flowers and flower petals.
You see butterflies all around it.
This bed is a place for you to regrow,
To restore.
And as you lay in this big,
Beautiful flower bed,
You feel so comfortable.
You feel the petals gently caressing your skin.
And you notice wherever they touch your skin,
It starts to light up as if light were pouring out of the flower petals into your skin and helping you to fully heal.
Give yourself permission to sit here for a moment and absorb the healing.
And as you sit in this space,
The flowers begin to say affirmations to you.
And as I say them,
Allow yourself in your mind's eye to repeat them and believe them,
Accepting them as truth.
The flowers say,
My body is wise and capable of healing.
I trust the pace of my own restoration.
The energy of life moves freely within me.
I am safe in my body.
I forgive myself for what I could not control.
I welcome balance into every cell.
I am light returning to itself.
I am whole even as I heal.
And allowing yourself to fully surrender to this moment.
And keeping some space open to now hear any intuitive thoughts that come up.
Perhaps giving yourself permission to answer the question,
What do I need going forward?
What do I need going forward?
Bringing your awareness back to your breath.
To nourish you back into this space.
Using your awareness now to feel where your body is laying in the room.
Knowing that anything that came up is safe and you can revisit it at any time.
Gently bringing your awareness back into the room.
Beginning to open your eyes.
