Welcome to this mindfulness practice as we focus on the quality of surrender.
Often in today's world,
Our energy can be pulled in many different directions,
Consciously and subconsciously.
Our being is constantly grappling with many questions at once.
Our body braces for control.
We grip and create tension in places we aren't even aware of.
Surrendering can be hard.
But surrendering is not giving up.
It's giving over.
It's trusting in something much wiser than the part of you that is afraid.
I invite you to find a comfortable position.
Seated or lying down.
Perhaps with a light blanket for comfort.
And allow the body and the soul to become one.
You And for a moment,
Before you even focus on your breath,
Just feel into the body,
Noticing where you can release tension.
Feeling the cool air on your skin.
Being aware of the room that you're in.
Or wherever you are and allowing yourself to fully arrive in this moment Taking a deep breath in through the nose and following it down into the heart space.
And on the exhale,
Letting it go.
Taking another deep inhale,
Breathing in through the nose and following it into the belly,
Connecting with the stomach.
And on the exhale release the experience.
Taking a deep inhale,
Following the air down into the hips,
Feeling where the legs connect to the hips.
And creating spaciousness as you exhale,
Surrendering the muscles.
Taking a deep inhale through the nose and hearing the inhale as it travels down into the body,
All the way down to the tips of the toes.
And on the exhale,
Release everything.
You And from here,
Becoming aware.
Of your surroundings,
Drawing your energy to the furthest sound away that you can hear.
Now shrinking your energy to the closest sound that you can hear.
Now bringing your awareness to what you can feel sensing the room around you.
Feeling your body on the surface below.
Feeling your top eyelid shutting on your bottom.
Feeling your jaw unclench.
Feeling the third eye open.
You and bringing your awareness to the surface beneath you.
And feeling the energy build.
And from here,
Taking a deep breath down to the base of the body.
And on the exhale,
Visualizing roots expanding from the body into the earth.
Wiggling through the soil.
On the next breath in,
Feeling the body become tree-like,
Centered,
And sturdy as the roots grow wider and deeper on the exhale.
Feeling the stability of the earth.
Connecting with the tips of the roots as they dive deep down through the soil.
Anchoring you into this moment.
And taking your cord all the way down now,
Your grounding cord through layers of rock wiggling from side to side.
Traveling past lava and water.
Until you reach the center of the earth and when you do,
Hook into the earth by wrapping around it at least three times.
And as you connect with the core of the earth,
Visualize its healing energy begin to glow brighter and brighter.
Almost as if a burst of energy.
Now traveled back up the grounding cord.
All the way into the base of the roots,
Entering into the body.
Starting at the base of the feet.
Feeling this energy,
This grounding energy.
Move like a rod in the body.
Aligning all of the energy centers.
From the base of the tailbone activating the roots.
Allowing that energy to work its way up to the sacral and the womb space activating the sacral energy center.
Inviting in this energy to the solar plexus.
Core of the body,
The Manipura.
Feeling the energy move upward.
As if a golden rod from the earth were aligning all of your energy centers.
Feeling this energy now in the heart space.
Tapping into the unconditional love,
The portal of love that lives within you.
Pulling this energy into the throat space,
Opening the throat.
Feeling the jaw,
The throat,
The shoulder relaxed.
Breathing this energy up into the third eye.

Breathing this energy up to the crown.
.
.
You And as the crown opens,
Allow yourself to become the tree.
The tree that's rooted all the way into the core of the earth,
But beautiful and sturdy.
Ancient and all-knowing.
And as the tree.
Begin to visualize a time-lapse all the way back to the beginning of time.
And as this tree,
You can create the landscape of what surrounds you in this beautiful plane.
You And whatever you create in this space,
Ask yourself what energy?
Am I accessing in this world that I'm building?
What energy do I want to live here?
And this place becomes so beautiful and rich with detail that you begin to fall in love with it.
From this tree's perspective,
You are sturdy in the center and you can see everything all around you.
And through loving eyes you can experience it,
Feeling it.
Gratitude in your heart space.
And from here.

We're going to fast forward time now in a time lapse to the future.
What energy exists in the future of this space?
And in the future you see a version of yourself walking around in this land.
Maybe you're alone,
Or maybe you're with someone.
You And as you walk around this land,
Allow your soul to enter into the body of you leaving the tree,
And experience this place.
This is an environment that feels perfect.
A place where you feel an immense amount of gratitude.
Where you can experience love with all living beings.
And you can share that love with whoever you please.
And now visualize this entire world shrinking down into the size of a globe or an orb that you yourself would be holding in your hand.
As if you were sitting in your heart at the seat of your soul.
Looking down on this world that you were just inside of.
And as you hold this orb in your hand,
Allow it to flutter up and float above your hand.
And love it from a distance without needing to attach to it.
As if you could look at this orb,
This vision of the future.
And have it and love it.
But also live in bliss and pure acceptance if you didn't.
And you can take this orb now and place it in the center of your own heart.
Visualizing it entering into your heart space.
And as that experience enters your heart space,
Allow yourself to experience what that is like in the body.
From a place of non-attachment,
Sending love to all of you,
Your past,
Your future,
Your visions,
Any potential outcome.
The only real control we have is over how we respond.
And when you sit at the seat of the soul,
Fully aligned.
You can surrender any expectation and trust that the universe has you.
And living in this realm of the heart space now bring to your attention one thing that you're grateful for.
Whatever comes to your mind,
It's fine.
Because we're going to move quickly through this.
Now bring another thing that you're grateful for,
The next thing.
What's another thing that you're grateful for?
And really allow yourself to feel that gratitude.
What's one more thing that you're grateful for?
And before you think of another thing to be grateful for,
Stop and just experience what that charged gratitude feels like in the heart space.
Now take all of that gratitude and spread it throughout all of your being,
Spirit,
And body.
Illuminating so much gratitude now that the universe becomes attracted to you.
Blessings become attracted to you.
Positive outcomes and peace become attracted to you.
Taking in one final deep breath and as you do,
Exhaling the experience,
Releasing it.
And gently sitting with one last question of how am I going to move throughout the rest of my day.
Taking your time and when you're ready coming back into the space.
Bringing so much gratitude with you.
